Just an awful experience. Burger plain with just a bun, was supposed to be their “bacon cheeseburger”, bad lettuce and an onion that still had the skin on it. Had no idea it was just a “to go” place inside Smokey Bones. Ordered through Door Dash, not their fault. No reason to ever order again. Stay away.

I called to the restaurant and wanted to speak to the manager wouldn’t come to the phone they didn’t have time to talk. I couldn’t believe the difference between what I read in the reviews and what I experienced. The burgers I got were still nice and hot, they got my order right down to tee, and the burger was probably better than any other fast food burger I’ve tried. Maybe I got lucky, but I can’t recommend this place enough. Got enough food to feed me and a friend for the same price it normally takes to just get food for one using Uber Eats.

This place feels like more of a scam than a burger joint. If I could give no stars I would It’s made in Smokey Bones Restaurant by Smokey Bones employees. I will say the manager was nice and professional but the other reviews I’ve read are just like the horrible experience I had. I ordered 4 meals with 2 customized. The only thing right about the 4 meals was that it was cooked decent enough to not give me food poisoning. They got nothing right about my order. Burgers arrived with just lettuce and cheese no sauces what so ever. One burger had diced bacon that looked like bacon bits on it. The drinks were wrong and the extra $ toppings for two fries were not even there. If you want the horrible burger experience, and want to feel ripped off – this is your place. Try five guys or Wendy’s instead.

You would expect a place here in Peachtree City to have higher standards. Obviously you would be mistaken if you venture to this location. Maybe it’s the dark ally of PTC that’s a front for something else? IDK.

What an absolute disgrace! I was shocked to discover that this place was actually part of Smokey Bones. I can’t imagine what they have to do in order to get the food so poor quality, dried up, and cold! I ordered basic cheeseburgers and fries and EVERYTHING was smushed and cold and completely dried out. One time I regretted not just ordering from a typical Fastfood restaurant. This place should be closed down! HORRIBLE!

I did a curbside pickup order of the cheeseburger combo. When I received it, there was no toppings except for the cheese. I went back through the options to make sure I didn’t accidentally tap to remove them, but the only way was if I’d tapped on each topping option that says “No [insert topping name here].” I would’ve brought this to someone’s attention but I was too hungry so I went ahead and devoured the plain cheeseburger. The patty itself wasn’t even big enough to warrant a $10 price tag, IMHO. What’s more, I had to go back inside to get a straw and some napkins. Not a good first experience at The Burger Experience.

Horrible quality. Expensive. You are better off getting a burger that has been sitting for 5 days in the warmer from a fast food place. My friend ordered the cheeseburger combo. He said it was horrible and order notes were not followed. I ordered the green chili burger which came with jalapeños, not green chilis. It was not even edible. Do not waste your money.
