I ordered 2 med 2 topping pizzas. One i had ordered the $2 extra for 2 layers of cheese all the way to the edge. It was not. Both were supposed to be brushed with garlic butter and were not. They weren’t busy as far as I could see. So the young man there couldn’t have been to busy to read the special instructions. Idk I’m just kind of burned out on not getting what I ordered at Dominoes . When I got back home and tried to call 2x there was no answer. The other pizza didn’t have much cheese at all on it. Or sauce and both were soused to be well done and it wasn’t. I ordered online and did drive thru pick up. It was for a party of 4.

Unfortunately, I can’t give zero Stars. I ordered delivery tonight, 2 pizzas, 2 pastas and 3 drinks. The tracker stopped on quality assurance and stayed there for over an hour. I called the store directly and they said they were down to 1 delivery driver and that my food was now on the way. After waiting another 30 minutes, I drove myself to the store where I found all 4 employees standing at the counter answering similar phone calls to the one I had made earlier. A gentleman who appeared to be the manager, explained that 1 of his drivers had called out and then they only had 1 delivery driver. No pizzas were being made at this time amongst the 4 people standing around.They only refunded me half of my Money And then I found out that the gentleman that handed me My refund was the only delivery driver and he was standing in the store. Not to mention that my food had never left the store as a young lady on the phone said. I don’t think I’ve ever made a bad post about a place but this was Extremely poor service and the Excuses/Lies were insulting. If this is a corporate store that they need to look real hard at a change in management. Employees call out but you provide a service that is paid for, you have to work around it. Not to mention, the food was cold.

I’ve come here about once every week or two since they opened but they recently cancelled my online order without explanation an hour before they closed and refused to answer the phone. That kind of service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t want to know how much money I’ve spent here over the years but there’s a lot of money in the future they just lost.

I ordered two pizzas and some bread bites. 45 minutes later, I call to check since the tracker said “Prep” for the entire time and it was supposed to be a 30 minute delivery time. They said they were busy. Continued to wait. An hour later and it is in the “Quality check” stage. Here I am an hour and a half later and I just had to call and cancel because we had not received anything and no updates were given. I understand being busy, I do. But no communication and waiting this long is ridiculous

Last night ordered 1 pizza on line, waited about 30 min before I went to pick it up. Sat in the driveway through for 8 min before anyone even asked me about my order. Then she said they were busy and it wasn’t cooked yet. Waited another 20 min for them to cook it! I shoulda just went next door to Guys Pizza in the first place. I won’t make this mistake again!

Ordered pickup there a couple days ago and it took them almost 15 minutes at the window to even charge my card because the guy wasn’t listening to his manager. Then they tried handing me burnt pepperoni stuffed cheese bread that was hanging out of the box. I told them that that should have never even left the kitchen looking like that. The guy said to me, how is it supposed to look? I told him that’s not how you treat customers. He then said, how am i supposed to treat customers, I just got here! I then asked for another order of pepperoni stuffed cheese bread and the manager said that was fine but I would have to wait until all the other orders were taken care of first. Mind you, I had already been sitting at the pickup window for 20 minutes!! Another car pulled up behind me so I pulled around front, waited about 10 minutes and went inside. Now it’s about 5:40pm and I got there at exactly 5pm. There was a customer in front of me and when they were finished the employee saw I was waiting and turned her back on me!! So I stood there about another 10 minutes waiting for my order! When I finally got it I said thank you very much and I got nothing back from the employee!
