The best burger in Sandpoint! I love the Fun Guy. The fries are good, sodas, milkshakes, fry sauce, all good. However, I always ask for raw instead of grilled onions and almost never receive that in my burger. The staff is hit or miss, run by mostly high schoolers. I also don’t love the combination of loud music and TV screens that are always going, it’s also quite expensive, nearing $20 per burger, but they have a military discount which is great!

This place has so much potential ! Burger was good, but burger patty was small and definitely not the star. The fries were the best part! Staff was near non existent but overall taste was good. Restaurant was kinda dirty as we cleaned our own table. Honest review!!

The Fun Guy burger was fabulous. I swapped Brie for the Swiss, removed the tomato, and added bacon! Talk about the ultimate messy burger, I needed 5 napkins and a hose by the time I was done! The fries were OK, but way too salty. Their fry sauce is mustard based for something a little different.

Tall on flavor, short on everything else. This is a good one and done experience. The flavor of the food was fantastic, but were it not for the opening day discount, I would have gone elsewhere.
Not only do they charge a hefty price for a burger, but they stick it to you by charging a hefty price for a side of fries. The local soda packs a large price tag as well. Again flavor is really good. But you’ll probably end up paying close to $20 for a lunch. Keep in mind, the fries in the picture are a small.
And what it gains in taste it lacks in comfort. All the food is extremely oily and falls apart while eating. You will go through a mess of napkins. I ended up with a mess on my shirt as well. The music is loud, and TVs and menus are high enough to hurt your neck. They do offer laminated menus, but all in all, a little over the top.
I wish them well, but I probably will not come back. Don’t even think I can recommend it, because of the price alone.

Ordered Jr burger for my wife – cooked well done no pink. Got home after picking up, burger red rare inedible. This has happened several times. We won’t be going back.

I was really on the fence between 3 and 4 stars. If there was a 3.5 option, I would have chosen it. I chose 4 because it’s 2 days after Christmas.
The good: staff is friendly, burgers are yummy, fries are well seasoned and the shakes are delicious.
The bad: burgers are small, I asked to burn (not extra crispy) my fries. They were soggy.
Next time I come back I would order a double burger and be explicitly clear about my fries.

We got the fun guy hamburger. The onions and mushrooms were sauteed perfectly, and we had enough fries to last the rest of the day. This place is an A+ place to get a hamburger, to say the least. I would encourage anyone to try at least once.

The burger was outstanding, and I had the jalapeño popper! Bacon was fresh, not too much sauce, just perfect! The fries were great, not salty or greasy!
Would be a 5 star, but the entire time, not 1 table was wiped down, including ours.

When I walked in the atmosphere was great! I ordered the Popper, which is like a jalapeño popper on a burger. On the menu it said that all the burgers came with fries and their house sauce. I started seeing my friends food come out and there was a lot of food on their plates. But when mine came out I had a very very small bag of fries. I also didn’t get a sauce with mine either which I had to ask for. I was confused because my friends fries were in a bag twice the size of mine and they told me they ordered the exact same thing as me. The burger was good, I’m just disappointed on how little fries they gave me with a meal that already costed $20…
