Save your money!!! We spent over $150 for a family of 4 because my husband wanted a “really good burger.” I explained that this is Denny’s and he was ok with that because the burger descriptions were on point and it has ONE 5-star review. I am here to tell you that the execution was poor. First, it was delivered by Door Dash which I wrote off years ago, and today reminded me why. Instead of delivering the order to the hotel room as requested, they left it at the front desk. Why tip over the delivery fee?
The food was ICE-COLD. My burgers were sloppy. The buns were mushy, toppings not on the burger despite the foil wrapping, and there was a jalapeno and sausage nugget? in my Bourbon Burger. Really!? Speaking of toppings, 2 mushroom slices, a hunk of onion, and wilted lettuce do not qualify. The fries and onion rings were cold, greasy, and not crisp. Upset is the PG version of how we all felt.
