I would have shared a picture of the food but it’s all gone and while the menus are not the easiest to navigate and the option to switch to delivery is less than obvious the food was better than the other guys’ considering I’m pretty sure the patties were 7-8oz you can’t EVEN build a triple patty maybe it’s not 7oz but the burgers themselves sure looked like it was the biggest burger ever. Cooked patties go into a heated holding tray with own juices to keep ‘‘em hot and juicy, once you have cooked enough patties then they can be added to FRESH prepped buns all at the same time. Ordered 2 double build yer own w xtra swiss cheese, the cheese was underwhelming possibly not xtra at least it could’ve used more just to be noticeable, the slices appeared very thin too and so if there was extra cheese I probably just couldn’t see it. No spoons or straws for the shake just forks and knives for the cheesecake.

Was quoted a 20-30 min delivery time. I ordered at 8:20pm, and the food still wasn’t ready by 9:40, this was more than one hour past quoted delivery time so I had to just have them cancel it and go somewhere else for dinner. I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was freaking rediculous, and I have to assume with such horid customer service they wont be in business long. I don’t care how good your food tastes, if you treat people this way it doesn’t matter, this place sucks!!!
