I place a to go order and was told in ten minutes it would be ready I arrived there and checked on my order the young lady said they are working on it. Checked back on it and they had not even began the order. I was told ten minutes they were almost done. Went back and checked and asked for a refund and it took them five minutes to get ANA the manager for the refund. Then she said food is almost ready and I said that’s what I was told twice please refund the money. Omg she said I’m not able to only the manager can do that and I said then a gift card, credit and she said no I can’t do anything. Why is she the manager??? So I leave with no food no refund a name of Alberto the only person that is able to handle this. This was a good place to order and get your food on time. They have been getting worse and worse and this is pretty much it for me. No more Denny’s on main and stapley mesa
