We ordered Burger Den on DoorDash. They don’t do dine-in and only serve via delivery services, and they know exactly how to package their food to travel. We got juicy burgers with fun toppings and they were wrapped to minimize messiness and definitely didn’t leak! I just wish we could specify how we wanted the burgers cooked, but they were still delicious and hit the spot.

Ordered thru UberEATS and while it was timely delivered it was wrong. Ordered the pig and chicken burger but received something that wasn’t even on the menu. Flatbread and tasted like beef jerky? Like what? So weird. Only reason for more than ONE star was because the Mad for Mozza burger was actually pretty decent. Fries and milkshakes were okay too. The order was wrong, the food was terrible, and the delivery was slow. My teen and I were in New Orleans for night three of Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour. It was 2:00 am by the time we got back to our motel room in Kenner and The Burger Den was the only restaurant that still had food available for delivery via Uber Eats. It’s interesting that Google Maps reveals that this “restaurant” is just a Denny’s dupe because, as we were looking at the online menu, my teen said, “This looks like Denny’s food.” I’ve enjoyed the fare at others Denny’s but this stuff was gross. Both the hamburger and chicken sandwich were swimming in grease and we didn’t get our milkshake. We ordered a Coke and a root beer but ended up with two root beers that tasted so much like paper as to be undrinkable. To add insult to injury, we had to wait an hour and a half just to get this nasty slop.

Don’t just don’t with this place. The “Burger Den” is basically Denny’s and I was unaware of this prior to placing my order. My food was absolutely horrible, I can’t recommend this place for anything. Take your hard earned money to a different location for food that’s worth it.
