Waited until the absolute last minute to inform me they did not have the Beyond Burger for my vegetarian friend, told me they would refund me for that item and never did via doordash. My shakes were entirely melted, I know its not the drivers fault, as as she drove as fast as she could. I waited a few days, as I wish not to be a Karen, but they can no loner issue a refund to Doordash as a result now. Very displeased with the service, I understand it was a busy weekend, but I would have issued the refund immediately if I was working in that kitchen. Its not something I would have forgotten. The remaining burger I did get was really good, but I’m never going with this virtual kitchen again. Its not really worth the 15$+ price tag per item, thats for sure.

Spent nearly 48$ on 2 burgers and one little slice of cheese cake from what I thought was a burger joint. My bad for not looking into the restaurant more, but no condiments on our burgers, didn’t know I had to ask for that on a mozz burger, and the other burger had mushrooms on it when we asked for no mushrooms, everything was gross and overly priced.
