The Burger Den is inside the independently owned Denny’s Restaurant. I think everything is ordered on line. I’m not sure but there were several take out orders going out that nite. Possibly The Burger Den orders. We will give it a try.

Terrible customer service experience. I placed a DoorDash order at 9:00 PM on 5/18/25. My delivery driver arrived at the restaurant by 9:10 PM, but by 10:00 PM, the food still wasn’t ready. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered said, “I don’t know what to tell you—I’m not the cook.” I asked him to check with the cook, who responded, “I don’t know, it’s coming up at some point.” Completely unacceptable. I’ll be reaching out to the manager tomorrow to discuss this further.

The Burger Den is a online restaurant ordered from select Denny’s locations. You order it and have it delivered or pickup. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Expensive but very good.

Had work being done at the Ford dealer next door and decided to have lunch. What a mistake! Had a double cheese burger with onion rings. This had to be the greasiest burger that l have ever had! Couldn’t even hold the bun because the bottom bun was saturated in grease.About halfway thru the burger l just couldn’t eat anymore due to the grease was making my stomach sick. Got about 6 onion rings which were good. Bill was $16 for the worst burger l have ever had! Waitress was very attentive which was a plus. Very few people inside and all sitting in one area, but then they start mopping the floors in that area! If they needed to mop the floors , they should have sat people on the other side that was vacant. Instead they mop the floor were a load of senior citizens are sitting, just a lawsuit waiting to happen since majority of them had canes and walkers! Not the smartest thing to do!

Its Denny’s. Just pass and move on, there are better places to eat (most of the other places are better!). Nothing has changed since I was there 4 years ago. Service no better, food no better, checkout the same lethargic affair. If you like it, fine keep going. We had far better meals, cheaper, at places like the Lock and Key.
