Decided to try this place again after 2 years and it was a big mistake. Food was disgusting. Guac was brown, had to throw it away, all the food was cold and soggy like it had been sitting for an hour, fries burnt and soggy, dry chicken wings, taco plate was disappointing. Definitely won’t be back.

Where do I start, @7:53 pm i ordered the bacon cheeseburger with American cheese instead of cheddar with light condiments. At 8:38 I received a burger with both cheddar and American cheese that was also loaded with so much mayo it was bursting out. You would think that after waiting so much time my fries would be mouth burning hot but instead they were luke warm. Very disappointed for my first visit! The burger actually tasted great just took forever to receive it.

Food was great but it’s overpriced, in my opinion. For what I paid, I should have gotten more than a handful of French fries. Bacon cheeseburger was delicious and so were the fries, what few there were. Also, I was overcharged for the grilled mushrooms. Menu on wall indicated .99 per add on but I was charged $1.49. Again, no complaints on the food. It was really good but $14.50 for one bacon cheeseburger combo is ridiculous.

I usually don’t review food places often, but this place deserves my kudos. EVERYTIME I’m here, their food is immaculate. It’s always fresh, hot and served with a smile. Whether I decide to dine in or take out, I’m always impressed. I come here about 3 times a week for lunch and if I wasn’t so cheap, I’d eat there everyday. Even still, the cost for a burger being around $7-$8 average is GREAT considering the size of those things. I feel like I always get more than my money’s worth. The customer service is always good. I even ask for recommendations to try new things and it’s always good. The atmosphere is almost like eating around family. All the patrons are nice and sometimes you can even meet a new friend. From the music to the decor, it’s all wonderful. Needless to say, 1000/10 all the way around.

I ordered a chicken fried steak. The staff was nice, but the food left something to be desired. The steak I ordered came with gravy on top. Actually, it was more like the gravy I ordered came with a steak underneath… The steak had way too much gravy. Not only that but the bottom of the steak was very greasy; not a good kind of greasy but like cooking oil. I’d have preferred to have a nice dry batter underneath but what I got was a wet mess. I won’t be going back.

The young man taking our order rolled his eyes because our kids couldn’t make up their mind on what to order.. our oldest ordered nachos… and could not eat them. They were literally disgusting. I ordered a baked potato and it was not great at either. I will never come back to this place and I hope for the people that do come that you have better luck than I.

There’s a sign out front that says be patient they’re short staffed but our food always comes out in a timely fashion. I love their beef burgers and even my picky eating children love them.
