Had a birthday dinner there tonight. Worst decision ever! Cold burger and fries. Fries so salty that I couldn’t eat them. Calamari was salty. Waste of time and money. Won’t be back. Used to be our go to but the last few times we’ve said we wouldn’t be back. Tried one last time. Never again!!

Food is decent, we’ve been in person a few times but mostly order to-go. That being said, EVERY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! we order a French dip or a burger dip they either forget the au jus completely, or like most recent both containers barely had enough for half the sandwich. Also (kind of a given considering it’s a to-go order) the fries aren’t the best as much as the missing au jus happens so that being said we literally live maybe 5min away and they really shouldn’t be soft n soggy by the time they get here. Also it’s 5 min so we’re there on time 9x out of 10 (the person picking it up left immediately after ordering this time), it’s been a while since we’ve been there for these reasons and now not sure we’ll ever go back. Haven’t been in person for even longer so couldn’t tell you how it would be at the restaurant, but at least you’re there so they can fix it if so. Not usually one for reviews but I felt the need this time since it’s like every time… here’s a pic of the au jus, not the greatest pic but it was all I could do to dip my burger dip let alone have enough for the whole sandwich. The taco spot next door is much much better imo ♂️

I’ve never in my life been given such a generous portion of side tots. I am not exaggerating when I say my burger came with a mountain of tots. Potato heaven. Five golden crispy stars.
Update: I accidentally left my leftover tots in their to go container on the table, and now I’m crying in despair knowing it’s too late to go back and get them.
