Haven’t been here in a long time! Gentleman named Max greeted me with a big smile & welcomed me in. He explained the different sauces & let me try a couple. He was very patient & pleasant. The food was temperature was hot & was delicious. I appreciate the help & excellence put in making my meal. I’ll be back with my family next time. Thanks Max for making my experience great.

Looks like Buffalo Spot decided to not only up their prices but SHRINK their sizes. The large is now a medium and it cost $15. The burritos are now almost $10 and are smaller too. I personally am not spending my money at places that are doing this. The only way to stop it is if we take a stand. This greed is getting out of control. This is our last time ever getting Buffalo Spot.

I’m surprised after seeing some of the other reviews but it leads me to believe maybe there are some staff that care less/more than other perhaps, however I can only speak on my experience. Firstly I swung by around 11am shortly after they had opened for lunch before getting some rest after working overnight and was still in my uniform (Air Force) and the cashier was kind enough to provide a discount without me having to ask.
I go the buffalo chicken salad with pineapple jalapeño sauce and it tasted great, the salad tasted fresh (no browning), and though maybe the chicken could’ve been a bit crispier it was bad by any means and the sauce was great as someone who likes tropical tastes like pineapples, mango, etc it was great to have that option in a salad and actually have it taste good.
Now, I’ve seen some negatives reviews regarding fries, flies, and undercooked chicken and this was all prior to me eating here but nonetheless my experience was great and I’d eat here again (with a keen eye) but there were plenty of items I’m still interested in trying as well their shakes!
(Also the salad was less than $10 and cost about as much as Salad And Go’s and was about the same size as well)

Garbage establishment they get my order wrong everytime. I asked for no cheese, sauce on top and extra sauce on the side. They give me no sauce on top and cheese. How do you get the order wrong it’s right there in front of your face.

The people at the front counter were helpful and friendly which is so nice to experience. The shakes are some of the best you will get anywhere! I tried the cauliflower fries and they were delicious! Makes you want to eat a big ole pike of em! Try the Jerk Chicken you’ll swear you were in Jamaica Mon.

This place truly went above and beyond! The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor — you can tell they take real pride in what they serve. The customer service was exceptional, with staff who were not only attentive but also genuinely friendly and welcoming. It’s rare to find a spot where both the food and the people make you feel so appreciated. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!

If I could give zero stars I would. I work as a reviewer and anonymous customer for corporate service companies. I placed a DoorDash for Large Buffalo Fries. On DoorDash it gives the options for well done chicken and well done fries. However it only lets you select one. I selected well done “chicken” and placed my order. After doing so I called the store on 05-08-2025 at 2:36pm and I let the worker know what was going on and asked if I could have well done fries as well. She gave me pushback and said “our fries don’t come raw they come done.” I said mam I understand that but I like when my fries have a crunch to them. She said she not accommodate me as the fries and chicken already come well done. And hung up. When I received my food my fries and chicken were soggy and I could tell these were not put to be extra crispy. My fries were literally like noodles. And chicken was soft and disgusting

I recently placed an order at the Tolleson location near closing time but by mistake i ended up making the order at this location. I planned to call the next day, but Max, the manager, went above and beyond by contacting me after hours to let me know the order was ready for pickup. He even offered to remake it the following day at no charge. Outstanding customer service—this is now one of my favorite locations. Thank you, Max.

Amazing, it’s very few times I can eat at places like this because of my food restrictions and allergies. For the first time I was able to eat because they buffalo cauliflower options, sauce options were a lot so a few I could have, and the fries are incredible.
