I have had the lemon pepper wings multiple times and they are my favorite here. Ordered them again but some were the biggest pieces I have ever had from here. Was able to eat 4 flats out of the order. Larger pieces were still pink, could not pull the meat from the bones. Undercooked and unevenly cooked. Very disappointed.

The food is good but the family that runs this place is phenomenal. The owner/patriarch, Mei, was very friendly, talked to me, and actually helped me to fix my car by lending me a monkey wrench and lighting up my engine bay with his flashlight. His daughter is really kind as well, gave good recommendations and explained the dishes well. Edenton is lucky to have Ming Hing!

I’ve been here a few times now and have not been disappointed. The hibachi chicken is delicious and the honey chicken is quite tasty too. I like the fact that they use white meat for their chicken dishes. Great addition to our small town of Edenton!

The food was phenomenal, we order the hibachi special to go and drove 15 min and the food was still great, the stake was not overcooked and the shrimps were very good and big. The ginger sauce was one of the best I ever had along with the yum yum sauce.

I ordered through doordash. This is my second time ordering. And I can honestly say this is some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in the Carolinas in a very long time whoever is in that kitchen keep them there. I ordered the honey chicken wings previously and today I had the boneless honey chicken wings. Chicken was well cooked noodles were hot and very flavorful. Always have to give and there’s really nothing to eat in Edenton so I’m grateful. Thank you Ming Hing
