The food is pretty good but some things (fried rice) aren’t what I’m used to. Great that they have a buffet & hopefully it’ll grow so they can add more variety. It’s a new buffet so I’m sure it’ll take some time.

We stopped in for a bite and had a great experience. The hostess was attentive and helpful, and the food was awesome. Good rangoons, the egg roll was particularly crunch and yummy. Lastly we had chicken egg foo young, and that was great too! Enough to take home for dinner. We highly recommend it.

I got the general chicken and it was fantastic! I wish I had found this place sooner, I would have eaten here every night of my stay. The chicken was so crisp and the sauce was on point. I also got the funnel cake, YUM! I am sad that I may never visit this area again, but if I do I will be back multiple times.

The food is good but the family that runs this place is phenomenal. The owner/patriarch, Mei, was very friendly, talked to me, and actually helped me to fix my car by lending me a monkey wrench and lighting up my engine bay with his flashlight. His daughter is really kind as well, gave good recommendations and explained the dishes well. Edenton is lucky to have Ming Hing!

I’ve been here a few times now and have not been disappointed. The hibachi chicken is delicious and the honey chicken is quite tasty too. I like the fact that they use white meat for their chicken dishes. Great addition to our small town of Edenton!

If I can give a 0/5, I would. This got to be the worst chinese/Japanese food I have eaten in terms of taste and sanitation. Food tasted spoiled including the shrimp sauce which tasted sour. The sanitation of this restaurant is bad that I will not be coming back.

The food was phenomenal, we order the hibachi special to go and drove 15 min and the food was still great, the stake was not overcooked and the shrimps were very good and big. The ginger sauce was one of the best I ever had along with the yum yum sauce.
