Everything was made fresh! Arrived 30 minutes before closing and was quickly seated and served fresh food. We order the kids tender with fries the supreme omelette and added cheddar cheese and onions we got a side of double mini pancakes my husband got TBD signature salad. Everything was scrumptious and Robert was out server he was amazing. The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the Iced French vanilla latte it tasted watered down and the bear was ice with a STRONG coffee taste not my preference but others would love it.

This place is very aesthetically pleasing! They had many options for pictures and there was always something for you to look at. Food wise, it is like any other breakfast spot. I ordered the biscuits with sausage gravy. My gravy didn’t really have any sausage in it. My husband ordered the chicken with waffles. He would have liked for the waffles to be a bit bigger. We drank water and payed a total of $30.

Today was my 2nd visit to The Brunch District. It is a great place to go with great food and great service. The only negative thing I can say is there is typically a wait to be seated, but that just goes to show how busy this place is from open to close. Its a great place to take your family or guests. They have a great vibe going there!

I met a friend I hadn’t in a while. I decided to come to get, so I wasn’t familiar with the area. Who knew Colleyville was so close to DFW Airport area?!
I digress.
I wanted to love the place, it was super cute looking at first and it looked like a really big menu with lots of variety/options.
So the server was friendly attentive enough. The food was slow too the table. The food was good/decent.
I don’t know what it was, but the friendly felt forced; the variety kinda waned because the food was good, not great. I’d rather a few great or really good items over tons of ok options.
I’d definitely give it another try, though.

Absolutely loved this brunch spot. Even with us coming in 30 before closing the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
The food was next level fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best brunch I’ve had in a long time. Everything came out perfect, and it was 100% worth it. I’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing meal here, trying the biscuits and gravy, stuffed avocado, and the classic breakfast with pancakes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. The vibe and decor are playful and inviting, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. This has officially become my new favorite spot.

The food was pretty good. I got the shrimp and grits and the shrimp didn’t seem like it was frozen and the grits were cooked well and it was well seasoned. I also tried their tiramisu French toast, which was a holiday special and it was very lackluster. I ordered a mimosa it arrived. Promptly service was good. There was, however, the hostess standing next to the bar chewing on her nails, most of the time during my meal, which I kept trying to look away, but it kept drawing my attention, so maybe do that in the back lol. If I was local, I’d probably return to try another dish, but seeing as I came out out of my way to try this, I won’t be returning.

The Brunch District was hands down one of the best breakfast, brunch, lunch spots to enjoy a delicious meal with my daughters. The food is exceptional, fresh, flavorful and seasoned to perfection! They even offer non-pork meat options which was a definite plus. We highly recommend the Cajun chicken & waffles with a side of potatoes, Steak & Eggs with a side of potatoes and mini pancakes, and the Belgian waffles with eggs and turkey bacon. As for the perfectly blended mimosas, my girls highly recommend the Apple Cider and Fresh squeezed orange mimosas. Now’s the time to check out their Fall Specials and cocktails!
