I wanted something fruity so I was thinking of going to another place in town that has fruit bowls but they close at 6. My friend was hungry and suggested MickyD’s and I could get a smoothie. As we pulled into the drive through, I noticed the lights on to Ay Chabela.
I suggested we go here instead. Totally glad I did. He got some smothered nachos made with hot Cheetos and I got a fruit cup as well as cute jewelry for my nieces and myself. I’m super excited I had a healthy fruit option that I was really craving. I forget about this hidden gem, but the pricing and options are so right. I need to remember to come for often to this place cause of the crisp fresh ingredients they use.
Then to top it all off… the service is always 5 stars. The girls who work are always super sweet, helpful, and nice. Love this place.

Finally stopped into Ay Chabela Snacks, and it did not disappoint! The place is so welcoming and colorful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A big thank you to Octavio and Andrea for helping me understand the menu. We tried the corn in cup with Hot Cheetos and absolutely LOVED it. Definitely coming back!

Everything was delicious! They have an amazing variety of Mexican snacks and treats. The atmosphere is so welcoming a huge thank you to Octavio for being so patient and helping me out since I’m a picky eater. I went inside the store and was greeted with two employees that were very friendly and had a smile on their faces. Seems they enjoy their job. One employee was attending another couple and she was awesome on explaining every snack they had and how it’s made, she knew her many perfectly.

This place is DELICIOUS!! Very unique food, fruit, and desserts. Before I talk about my food, I have to mention how amazing the service was. It appears to be family owned, very friendly, answered all my questions, and explained every dish in great detail. The menu looks small, but there seems to be a lot of options and combinations you can create. First, the corn on the cob. Wow! Smothered in some kind of mayo cream spread with cojita cheese sticking all the way around and sprinkled with a wonderful spice seasoning. Best I’ve ever had. With the corn I had a large cup of ceviche. Big chunks of cold fresh shrimp, crisp cucumber, tomato, avocado, etc. A delicious sauce drizzle that i dont know what it was but darn good. I got a cucumber lime aqua fresca to wash it all down. I could tell it was made from scratch. The bottom of the cup had pieces of soft cucumber. Yum! Anyway, super excited about this new place. You gotta try it. I’ll be back. Thanks Ay Chabela!

Sooooo good!! After we tried the tosticeviche, mangonada and fresas delux, we had to return the next day to buy more. Not to talk about the agua de Jamaica and horchata. The service was amazing, everyone was so nice and caring. We are definitely going back

They really do it up here with portion and the vibes are on point. Nice place to try some unique snacks.
I do wish they had a little higher quality chamoy though instead of the corn syrup heavy stuff. I’d definitely come back when in town though.
