Brooks Restuaraunt is a MUST GO and I know you will find, as I did that the care and dedication and love can never tasted in every bite.

Flavors & Quality of food:
May I say I am a connasour of Diner food (in all humility) ehhm just look to me and no other reviewer for the 411, okay? Okay.
Eggs Benedict:
The Hollandaise sauce is made in house, and honestly the most like my dad’s homemade Eggs Benedict. The texture was consistant, the flavors brightened with lemon juice, which compliments the creaminess of it all quite well.
2 minor improvements that can be made;
1. If the english muffins are made more crispy like if they were broiled.
2. 1 solid slab of ham instead of 2 pieces under the Egg.
Huckleberry Waffle:
This came with a Huckleberry compote, and huckleberry syrup. Typically restaurants will skimp out on expensive components of a dish, which defeats the purpose of that dish. The Brooks done did me right. Peoud of you guys! Huckleberrys are like gold and they still covered the wafle in Huckleberry Compote and it came with an extra little side dish of this berry gold!
The foundation of this dish (the waffle) was excellent too, definitely homemade.
I base my reviews more on the flavors, atmosphere, and vibes i get before the price. This is a cute little small town diner restaurant joint with exceptional friendliness. The staff is warm and inviting like you hope human beings to be, but seems to lack in bigger city settings. This meal was actually 2 meals. it cost $27 and some change. Well worth the cost because of the value.
I don’t think there’s really much of anything that could have been better. great people, great food.
Keep up the good work guys.
If this review helped, please give me a big ole thumbs up, thank you
