Saw this place passing through town and whipped a U to stop in. So glad I did!! The sandwich with fresh Boar’s Head on fresh rye bread was outstanding. Grabbed some pastries and cookies to take home and those did not disappoint either. So fresh! Loved this place. They support the Night to Shine event and the local community! Must visit.

Cutie bakery in town for affordable bagels and pastries of all kinds.

Everything was delicious and I highly recommend.

There are plenty of seats inside

We just moved to the area, and this was one of the first local spots we tried and what a gem! The Brick House Bakery has that perfect mix of small-town charm and genuinely delicious food. We stopped in for breakfast and were greeted with such kind, welcoming service that it immediately made us feel at home.

The whole place feels like a sweet throwback in the best way, shelves of nostalgic candies, homemade baked goods, and cozy seating. You can tell they care about their community and their craft.

We’ll absolutely be back and it’s a wonderful reminder that sometimes the best food and warmest people are right in your own backyard. Grateful to have this place so close to our new home!

Headed here from the interstate mid afternoon. It was pretty busy even at 2 pm. Good food… hubby had chicken salad sandwich on sourdough and I had pasta salad. Delicious sandwich… pasta salad was a bit heavy on the dressing. Coffee drinks were delicious as were the cookies! We enjoyed the cookies so much we bought 6 to take with us on our trip. Will come back again when traveling through!

On a recent trip through upstate NY we stumbled across this great establishment! While there, we met Vinny, the owner of the bakery, when he came out to say hello to his customers 🙂

We sat in an adorable back room that was bright and inviting. There was so much food to choose from, including breakfast, lunch/Boars Head cold cuts, coffee, soup, and delicious cookies and treats. Try the warm cinnamon roll! And did I mention candy?! He has one of the best candy walls I’ve seen in a long time 🙂

Stop by and try this place. You will leave happy 😉

Food and atmosphere are great. The front seating is a bit chilly in winter as there is no vestibule but there’s a back room with seating as well. Baked goods, bagels and chicken Caesar wrap were all very good. Very reasonable sandwich prices.

While visiting upstate NY we googled “breakfast” and a handful of places showed up around us. Lucky for us we chose this place. Everything and everyone was amazing. Their food tastes like home cooked meal, service is great, friendly staff and very quick. Coffee and tea were also wonderful. We got some sweets for the way but went through everything shortly after we left because everything smelled so irresistibly yummy . Well, we finished everything but wished we could go back. Will visit again next time and we’ll load up even more.

I’m from Salt Lake City, UT and this is my first NY bakery experience! The shop was beautiful, old and had so much charm. The array of baked goods, pastries and old school candy was overwhelming in an amazing way! I got a coffee this time but will be back for a treat or two! While I was there many people came and went, the staff was very friendly. There’s indoor and outdoor seating! Definitely will return!
