I really enjoyed my breakfast. Kind and attentive waitress. We were seated right away and had quick service. I had 2 eggs over easy with corned beef hash that had a great crispy crust. Real whole wheat toast (not just brown). My husband had grits and we shared a very large fresh fruit bowl. Good coffee. Prices were lower than expected!

Awesome breakfast spot! The menu is simple- eggs, omelettes, sausages, and other classics, but the way everything is cooked makes it incredibly tasty.
From the outside, it looks like a modest Cape Cod shack, but inside there’s plenty of space, plus outdoor seating for nice mornings. Lots of parking available, so no hassle getting in.
They open at 7am, and by 8am it’s still pretty quiet, which is great if you want a relaxed start to the day. Food comes out fast, portions are generous, and it keeps you full until lunch.
Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and want a hearty, satisfying breakfast!

Outstanding cranberry nut pancakes and delicious omelette w/ home fries. Very busy, but they had a table with no wait, and we were very happy with our choice.

We walked into the restaurant and weren’t greeted by anyone, despite only two tables being occupied. We ended up almost seating ourselves. Right away, the heat and humidity inside were uncomfortable. No AC or ventilation made it tough to enjoy the meal.
We ordered coffee, but it took over 25 minutes for anyone to offer a refill, and that only happened because we had to stop our waitress ourselves.
The food itself was decent, but one major downside: this might be the only restaurant on Cape Cod that doesn’t serve home fries with their omelets unless you pay extra which feels a bit stingy considering the prices are on par with most places with them being included
Overall, a disappointing experience comfort- and service-wise, even if the food was pretty good

If it ain’t broke… Debbie and The Breakfast Room have consistently cranked out perfect, classic breakfasts for decades, and the inside remains a time capsule to a simpler authentic Cape experience. I’ve yet to have pancakes that come close.

The eggs Benedict are amazing. I tried both the lobster Benny and the corned beef Benny (not on the same day!) And both were outstanding. They have expanded their outside seating area and we found it to be a very pleasant place to start the day. Debbie and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to our next vacation on the Cape!!

Decided to check out The Breakfast Room because every time we drove by the parking lot it was packed. We sat inside however they do offer outside seating. The inside is a bit dated (resulting in the lower rating) however the food was great. Straightforward menu with typical breakfast offerings. I had an iced coffee and built my own omelette. I was pleasantly surprised with how it wasn’t buttery/greasy like typical diner omelettes. My family also had the chocolate chip pancakes (not pictured). I’d recommend checking out The Breakfast Room!

Restaurant was fairly empty put in our order it took forever and when it came out, everything was cold. Only got three 1/2 slices of toast when I should’ve got four. Very bizarre. Won’t be going back

Excellent hearty breakfast! Whoever does the home fries here, knows what they’re doing. Most places, the home fries have no flavor whatsoever, here the home fries are excellent. Very good seasoning on them. The pancakes were good, pay the extra money and make sure you ask for real maple syrup. The corn beef hash was enjoyable.

Cute little breakfast joint! My fiancé got the strawberry stuffed French toast and practically licked the plate I just got the regular French toast and it was delicious as well! Our server was quick and friendly. I loved it here.
