The breakfast bar was extremely welcoming, Jessica was our server for the morning, she was consistent with us constantly asking if we needed anything without making us feel rushed, which is very appreciative. Thank you Jessica! David W was also very great, kind and friendly and helping us out in a timely manner. As for food I noticed they brought out which ever dish as it was prepared instead of having everything come out at once which I did feel it left my food not as warm because I like to eat everything together at once. Food was extremely delicious, the portioning is also pretty good for its price. I would definitely come here again if i’m extra hungry.

I took my friend here for her birthday. The fried lobster and red velvet waffle was good. The wings and crab cakes were delicious. The service and our waitress was great. I love the ambiance and atmosphere. The selection of R&B music was very soothing and enjoyable. They also sung happy birthday to my friend and gave her a free desert which was delicious also.

This place was amazing!!! We sat at the bar and Von was our server and bartender! He wazzzz amazing, Personable, professional, gave us very good recommendations for the food to try!! We will definitely be back! Thank you Von for a wonderful experience! If you are ever in Duluth, go check out the Breakfast Bar. I had the catfish and grits and added shrimp!!! It was Chefs kiss!! I also ordered the red velvet waffle tower !! Sooooo good!! And I don’t even like red velvet!! My friend ordered the hot honey chicken wings the best we’ve ever had. It had the right amount of spice and sweetness balanced with the flavor!! Y’all gotta go! You won’t be disappointed !! This place passed the vibe check!! The seafood dip was cheesy and flavorful too!! Everything was on point!!

The Breakfast Bar was definitely a vibe! The restaurant aesthetics give a classy urban flare — stylish, grown, and the perfect atmosphere for a great brunch experience.
The food was absolutely delicious! I had the seafood and chicken pasta, and not only was it well-seasoned and flavorful, but it was beautifully presented with an edible orchid flower on top — such a nice touch! The shortcake was pretty good too, although I personally prefer my pancakes plain with hot syrup. Still tasty though!
Our drinks came in the cutest glasses and were soooo good! Presentation and flavor were both on point.
Shoutout to our server Von — top-notch hospitality! He was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit.
We spent $107 and honestly, it was worth it. Just a heads up — gratuity is included!
We will definitely be back!

Kamya our server was extremely polite . She also gave really good suggestions for the menu. My lychee mimosa was extraordinary.!! And the French toast peach cobbler was amazing!!! Will definitely return!!

I especially enjoyed the pancakes, and the French toast, while a bit different, was well executed. I enjoyed their pancakes so much – I ventured on the WWW to find a replica to make at home.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our experience! I really love the restaurants ambiance! The music and vibes were on point! Our server Jessica made the whole experience that much better! She was very excited to be our server. She was very patient, attentive, and accommodating. Great customer service is rare these days, so I am very grateful when it’s received. Even though my daughter was shy about the birthday wishes, I enjoyed how they came out and sung her happy birthday to her! We will be definitely coming back!

The foods offered are pretty good and the customer service was great as well. They do not refill drinks and charge for spring water bottles. They have music on however it was not loud to the point where you couldn’t hear a conversation at your table. They are able to split payments for bigger groups as well. I wish their menu was a bit bigger.

I am so glad that I picked this place to have breakfast on my birthday. The food is excellent and priced right. The service is awesome. As soon as you step in the door the staff are all very attentive and they greet you with more than a smile customer service shines through their persona. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Our server Michael was on point and didn’t skip a beat even though he was very busy. I had the fried lobster and waffle. What!!! My wife had the shrimp and grits. The grits were cooked perfectly seasoned to perfection cheesy and creamy. Kudos to the Chef taking two fairly simple meals and elevating them to Michelin Star meals. I never thought I could say wow to a waffle but I definitely did. Thank you to all at the Breakfast Bar for doing what you do!!! Definitely will see you again.

Great location in Duluth Village which is just to the left of the Chik fil A on P’tree Industrial at Pleasant Hill Rd.
The design is warmly comfortable and a sophisticated cheerful casual with plush demilune booths, round tables, living wall sections, space, and light from cute sputnik chandeliers.
The waiter Michael was fantastic, and customer service was excellent. The food is plated in a way that you eat with your eyes first.
I never order grits or fried catfish from places because I’ve become tired of disappointing grits, but Michael knew they would be good and brought us a small sample. I ordered the catfish fried crispy with the grits, no cheese. They were properly creamy, seasoned, and the sauce that came which I ordered on the side was delicious. It’s basically a cajun gravy that broke, but it compliments the fish and grits well.
They have a lot of cute waffle options, a for plate option, a mage to order omelette option, and a standard American breakfast option called the Duluth Delight, I think.
It’s a charming place to go as a family, or with friends or as a couple. I do suggest a reservation.
Heads up to Platinum AMEX users. As of December 2025 they don’t accept AMEX, do unless they change that you can’t use your $100 quarterly Resy credit there which is very disappointing as they’re on Resy.
Note: The biscuits and gravy side is biscuit dough put into a waffle maker. I hate to give a negative, but the biscuit gravy is not as good as their other things. Keep on mind to be fair it’s a side and not the emphasis, but if you’re looking for great biscuits and gravy, that would be Maple Street Biscuit Co. If you want a beautiful relaxing sophisticated but casual atmosphere with beautifully plated yummy food Breakfast Club is a good choice.
