The Boulevard Tavern seems like a hole in the wall bar from the outside. However inside it has a decent atmosphere with pretty good food. The standout by far is the fish fry. The fish fry is perfectly cooked. I love the fact you can choose the sides you get with the Fish Fry so that you don’t have to get French fries with it if you don’t want to. Doing this hel0s to lighten up what could be a very heavy meal. The salads here a good. Also the taco dip is decent as well. Nothing here is bad and it’s made better by the prices. The prices here are very reasonable. Nothing feels overpriced for what it is. For the front street area, this is easily one of the best value restaurants. Now a heads up with this location there is a parking lot in the back. The entrance to the lot is on the left of the building down an alley way. The main entrance is on the backside of the building from that parking lot you parked it. You do not need to enter through the front of the building. Even thought the door might not look like a main entrance it is.

To whomever is reading this, I only give 5 star reviews, if less than 5 stars I just dont review. I got the wings and they were significantly better than expected. My wife ordered the fish, it was perch and she was so happy, I then read the other reviews and everyone said how much they enjoyed the perch. My drink was awesome it was a bourbon sour. I am afraid my review doesn’t do justice to how happy I was. If you are looking for some where new and not to expensive the boulevard will not disappoint. !!!

We love it here! The fish dinner is absolutely amazing!! We come here as often as we can during Lent for the fish. So fresh and light with the perfect flavor! I was too excited to eat and completely forgot to take pictures of our food! I will next time for sure!

What a fabulous hidden gem of a restaurant! Was looking for a place to dine close to the comedy club (because I would never suggest dining there!!) and came across this place hidden right in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. Parking was a bit limited, but we found a spot and headed in. We felt as though we were the last to discover this place as it was VERY busy on a Friday evening! It took a few minutes to get a table for two, but the experience was worth the wait!
The drinks were amazing! I would highly recommend the Boulevard Bourbon Sour, it’s phenomenal!
As far as appetizers, we didn’t go wrong with the Moroccan Cigars.
For dinner, we had the chicken kabobs and the fish fry. Both were ok. Both could be a bit better as the kabobs were mostly onions and mushrooms. Additionally, they only give you three pita chips to enjoy the hummus. The fish needed hot sauce as it was a the flavor is very neutral.
I’d definitely return as the drinks were very good, our waitress (Tori) took very good care of us and there were more items on the menu we’d like to try.

I had the heart stomper double burger it was big the flavor was okay. Real meat but it just had no flavor just beef. The burger bun was pretty thick also. The fries tasted like fries from a bag not homemade fresh fries. So they were just fries nothing special. Now someone I was with has the fish I tasted a piece it was good crispy, didn’t taste frozen or mushy in the middle. Again it didn’t have any distinct seasoning but was very good. The place was clean service was good and the atmosphere was nice.

This was our 1st visit here. We arrived shortly after they opened on a Saturday. There were several tables filled already. 1 server for the tables and the bar, she was phenomenal. The food was delish, they were out of the single appetizer that we came to try (Morrocan cigars). The burger was beautifully pink on the inside, juicy and delish. The fried fish was the perfect crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The hummus tasted house made. We will definitely be making another visit

Server who said she was manager waited on us. Very short from the beginning. Ordered the Steak salad described as a 3 oz filet. The worst looking scrap of beef? with a mountain of a salad/fries that didn’t make sense. Sent back and got a cheeseburger that was good.

The beef shawarma was perfectly seasoned and tender, with a side fries. The burger was juicy and flavorful, served with crispy fries that were perfectly salted. And the wings… well, let’s just say they were the best wings we’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked and coated in a buffalo sauce that was just the right balance of flavor and spicy.
To top it all off, the service was exceptional. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and she made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We also appreciated the attention to detail, like the fact that our drinks were always topped up and the table was cleared promptly.
