We picked this restaurant due to location. I had no idea how yummy it would be! The employees were all super friendly and happy to help. The prices were reasonable and the food was excellent. We had no complaints and will definitely return if in the area! Also, a Christian business! ✝️

Went in for the first time last night, I had the chorizo taco and the original beef, and we did the chips and salsa, everything was delicious, got the corn and rice as sides. Very fresh taste and the chorizo tacos had deep fried jalapeños they were crispy, but not burnt. Staff was friendly and fast service!

I was excited to try Tacos for Life because of their charitable mission. They have a nice variety of tacos and their meal deals are a nice value.
Their tacos are large and very filling. I got the chicken fajita and the grilled chicken tacos and they were both good. However, the puffy tortilla shell that came with the grilled chicken taco was delightful. I will definitely be back for that one! In future the one taco with chips and dip would be plenty for me. I wasn’t overly impressed with the queso – I’ll try the salsa or guacamole next time.
The service was excellent. Every employee we interacted with went out of their way to make the experience a good one. The dining room was very clean and they immediately attended to dirty tables once people left.
The outdoor patio is large and was a great environment to dine al fresco. Plus, it’s dog friendly!
From a wheelchair accessibility perspective, the dining room was very open and it would be easy to navigate in a wheelchair and sit at any of the tables with your chair.
From a sustainability perspective, they did have real silverware, reusable trays, large bottles of salsa instead of packets and real salt shakers.
Also to note, they did have a vegetarian option; which I plan to try in the future.

First time here. Was greeted with rudeness like we were bothering her. Asked if they had any gluten-free items. Responded with “We can just ask for gluten free”. All while looking at us like “My God what next”. Maybe she was having a bad day but we will never be back.

The experience was fine. You order at the counter and sit yourself. Very similar to any fast food restaurant. They offer great specials that allow you to try their many taco options. The employee at the counter was very welcoming and helpful in making suggestions. I ordered the 2 taco special with queso and chips. The carnitas taco was very good and similar to what I have had at authentic Mexican restaurants. I also ordered the Hawaiian shrimp taco which I did not care for at all. The queso and chips were also good. Overall, the food is average but I’m willing to go back and try other taco options

From my own experience today, picking up from the drive-through ordered two chicken soft tacos for almost $5 each. Comparing the size to the price definitely not worth it. Barely any flavor, bland. Chicken at the bottom of the taco was good, but honestly could’ve been more flavor maybe some salsa added on top and/or cilantro. Just wasn’t expecting it to be so planned being $5 per taco. Could have made us at home with better ingredients and more flavor and less cost.

We were in search of nice taco place and found this one. The ambience is great and have multiple options for tacos. We ordered grilled chicken taco, fried chicken taco, Hawaiian shrimp taco and chicken quesadilla. Friendly staff and food arrived in short time. Taste of all the items that we ordered are good and especially liked Hawaiian shrimp that has touch of pineapple and coconut, tasted amazing. A nice place to go with friends and family. Felt little expensive!

We had Tacos for Life cater our daughter’s wedding. We chose the drop and go version. Every guest was impressed with how good the food was, and there was tons of it. Ryan, the manager, was seriously made Tacos for life the best vendor to work with. He was patient, kind, and very helpful the entire time! I would not hesitate to use them over and over again!

Love the variety of tacos. Tacos are really good size. Some of course taste different and have more flavor. The Korean bbq was pretty good as well as the Hawaiian shrimp. The black beans were bland. I would come back just to try some of the other tacos. Also the chips did taste fresh.

The service and cleanliness at Tacos for Life in O’Fallon were great — friendly staff, quick service, and fair prices. I ordered the chicken fajita tacos and chips with queso. The tacos looked good and were packed with meat, but the chicken was really dry and didn’t have much flavor. The chips and queso completely saved the meal though — hands down some of the best I’ve had anywhere. I might give them another shot, but next time I’ll try a different taco.
