If you’re looking for the best wedding cake bakery in the lakes area, this is it! From the first consultation to the big day, everything was absolutely perfect. The team was so friendly and professional, and they made the entire process stress-free. They helped us design a cake that matched our wedding theme beautifully, and the flavors were incredible—delicious , rich, and full of flavor.
On our wedding day, the cake was a true showstopper. It looked stunning and tasted even better! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous and delicious it was. Delivery and setup were flawless, and the attention to detail was amazing.

The Boro is our absolute favorite place in the Lakes Region, so it only made sense that we had Jen and her team make the desserts for our wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect, we could not have asked for a better experience. Jen was extremely helpful and answered our millions of questions with so much patience/care, we are so appreciative!

Jen made the most AMAZING birthday cakes for myself and my son. I mean, knocked it out of the park DELICIOUS!!! Not only were they decorated beautifully, but they were moist, sweetened just right, and absolutely fantastic. I can’t say enough about them!

I can’t even begin to explain how lovely of an experience I had at Boro! I left probably 10 min ago & im writing this review as I’m eating everything it’s that’s good! As we were driving from Conway through Moultonborough heading to the outlets/back to Boston we stumbled upon Boro & I must say EVERYTHING that we got was delicious. We got bacon egg & cheese biscuit sandwiches 10/10!!!! THE PASTRIES!!!! Oh my gosh the pastries were so good. We got a Boston Cream Brioche 10/10 (my favorite item!), Pear Hazelnut Scone 10/10, Cinnamon Peach Coffee Cake 10/10!!! As well as the customer service/Employees were fantastic. Everyone from the darling person who made our lattes to the person who took our order with such patience as there was 5 of us! To the owner giving suggestions & the gentleman making our breakfast sandwich’s! Everyone was undeniably happy & satisfied after leaving Boro. I’ve never left such a long positive review but I couldn’t help myself. Thank you to everyone at Boro & I cannot wait to come back! I would’ve posted a picture of the food but it was gone within minutes!

Great local bakery. I’ve now had two birthday cakes made by Jen, who does a wonderful job, exceeding my expectations both times! I will mention – if you need a cake on a busy weekend in the summer like I do, give her a few months notice – they are very busy! I just stopped by last week for coffee and breakfast; their muffins, and chocolate croissants are some of the best I’ve had; I also recommend their chocolate chip cookies. Really can’t go wrong with anything here though.

I haven’t tried anything that I haven’t LOVED Everything is so well made & with fresh lettuce, veggies & meats. Also all the sauces that go on the sandwiches are always SO good!

Cozy Atmosphere, Great seats, Great local artist(see photos lol) Good food! This establishment offers an assortment of Baked goods, sandwhiches, coffees, teas, Syrups, Honey, and more! Today I order the Boro BLT and it was really great and had some kick to it! We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through or staying in the area….

Where do I begin! First and foremost, we love the Boro baking co! We love stopping by and picking up a sweet treat or a delicious breakfast sandwich so it was an easy chose to have them provide the desserts for our wedding. We even got breakfast from them the morning of! Jen was incredible to work with from our tasting up until our big day. She brought our vision to life and our guests were absolutely raving about our desserts. We can’t thank them enough for being apart of our wedding.
