I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful dining experience I had recently. The food was truly exceptional, with flavors that were both delicious and satisfying. Furthermore, I was very impressed by the exceptional service provided by your staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. It’s clear that you prioritize both quality ingredients and excellent customer care.

had dinner at Boiling Crab and honestly it was a really nice experience. The wait time was only about 15 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. The place has that typical messy seafood vibe — bibs, gloves, sauce everywhere — but that’s part of the fun
We ordered snow crab legs, Cajun and lemon pepper chicken wings, calamari, and corn, and everything was super tasty. The best part for me was definitely the snow crab legs — the juicy sauce that comes out of them tastes sooo good when mixed with rice!
Overall, it was a fun, flavorful, and satisfying meal. If you enjoy seafood and don’t mind getting a little messy while eating, this place is totally worth it.

We had a great experience at Boiling Crab. We tried the snow crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corn, lobster roll, and a few appetizers. Everything tasted amazing and I really appreciated the top-tier service. All the staff is super friendly and constantly checked up on us. Highly recommended.

Very bad if you order online or via uber eats
It’s not uber eats fault. But the restaurant they give super bad shrimp if you order a delivery.
If you dine in is good
But watch out if you order online the cheat even on the weights instead of 1 lb they will send only a half lb
If you don’t believe me use your scale and see

After a long day, I decided to stop by this location on my way home, remembering how amazing the Dallas spot was. The service here was top-notch, if I were rating based on service alone, it would be a solid 5 stars. The food (aside from the wings) was just okay for me. I ordered Cajun wings, which were hot and fresh with a little kick. But the crabber fries were cold not room temperature, but actually cold. I’m not one to send food back, so I ate what I could. I also ordered a pound of shrimp with corn and eggs. I initially wanted to do a half-pound of crab, but was told they only serve it by the pound, so shrimp it was. When the food came, I ate one shrimp, it was delicious. But as I reached for a second, I noticed sausage in the bag. I don’t eat beef or pork, soooo there that go. Even though I didn’t want to send it back because it was so good, the server was super nice and understanding and offered to have a new one made. I appreciated that, but I honestly regret it. The shrimp in the second bag were overcooked and mushy, the corn was cold inside, and the egg yolk was partially green. The only good part was that the sauce still had great flavor and came out hot. In the end, I ended up tossing the food.

We tried the fresh crawfish and frozen-both barely had meat, were undercooked. The wings were a good idea to eat with the sauce, but were undercooked as well. The service was slow.

I agree with many of the negative reviews regarding our dinner tonight. While the food was decent, it lacked flavor, and the portions were very disappointing for the price. We spent nearly $300, ordering 4 pounds of snow crab (at $35 a pound) along with a few other items, yet we barely received 6–8 pieces of crab.

We used to visit the Dallas location, where the portions were generous — we could pile the shells into a mountain and leave feeling full. Unfortunately, this time we left still hungry.

On a positive note, the service was excellent and everyone was very friendly, but overall, the value for the money just wasn’t there.

I’ve been to a few seafood spots that were a little better, but The Boiling Crab in Dallas was still pretty good! The crab was juicy and full of flavor, and the shrimp was cooked just right—tender and well-seasoned. It’s messy but fun, and the staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Great vibe overall, and I’d definitely go back for another seafood fix.

Missing 1 lbs snow crab when I checked back home. I ordered 2lbs shrimp, 1 lbs mussel and 1 lbs snow crab. Tried to call the restaurant to solve but no one picked up. Foods are delicious.

The hosts were super cool and friendly. Our waiter was just ok. Our food came out barely like warm. The manager did have it remade, but very reluctantly. The sauce was amazing, though!
