This was my first time at this location . I got the fried catfish basket. Absolutely regretted it. The fish was dripping hot oil and it was overly slimey. I had a mountain of napkins piled up on the table. Just oil and slime on top of crispy fries. I left the same way I came. Hungry.

I went here on May 25 even though I’m writing the review today. I didn’t want to forget to mention how wonderful Mia and Alex were. They were very friendly and helpful, recommended good things from the menu. At the end Alex gave us a sharpie and explained how we can put our signatures anywhere in the restaurant poles. We had fun being able to get on the chair and find somewhere to draw and sign. It was full of signatures from everybody that has been there so it’s something very different from any other place.
The food is delicious. Prices are fair. Definitely recommend this place. Cudles to Mia and Alex for being such great waiters.

Among the many different cuisine in Miami, seafood, especially crab is an unique catalogue by itself.
Boiling Crab offer a wonderfully tasty and refresh seafood, and a unique dinning experience of eating with our hands (plastic gloves provided), not only that, it is very reasonably priced.
Also a special shout out to the friendly and super helpful staffs. Beside feeding you, they help in all ways.
Note: try go for the spicy one, very very good.

If who there is always amazing. I absolutely love the seasonings. One of my favorite places to go for a seafood boil. And they do have parking in the garage around the corner. That’s really cheap. I just used Park mobile and I parked for 2 and 1/2 hours as of this writing for $7.35. so in my opinion the parking there is pretty cheap. The food is amazing.

Went to Boiling Crab in South Miami last week and had a good experience overall. Our server, Ines, was really nice and checked in on us enough without being annoying. Food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it.

Prices have definitely gone up since the last time I was here, but that seems to be everywhere lately. Still ended up enjoying everything.

Solid spot for seafood if you’re in the area.

So happy a restaurant like this has opened in Miami! I haven’t had anything like this since the last time I was in DC over 4 years ago. It seems like they’ve ironed out all the kinks of opening up a restaurant. We were a party of 2 and seated within 30min on a Sat night. Waiter came by the table pretty fast and food came out within 10min of ordering still hot. I would recommend the shrimp because the natural sweetness blends really well with the strong savory sauces. The medium spice level is actually spicy. It is quite salty, but that’s what you should expect from a place like this. Paid less than $30/person including tax and tip. Service was friendly and he explained the menu well for those who have never been. They don’t have disposable gloves, but just ask for a couple of extra bags and you can make do if you really dislike staining your fingers in the juices. Will definitely come back again!

It’s not the same with the new manager candy, Alex was amazing I’m sad he left. Our server keidy was bad, the other server was more attentive than she was. She was talking to her coworkers instead of actually doing her job. This place went from being my favorite crab place to the worst… how unfortunate.
