Booked for a birthday party, booked catering so all I had to do was show up. We arrive, absolutely nobody to be found, catering had not arrived or been set up. I called 306, they informed me it was ready, Finally they got it across the street. Then someone eventually came in to run the boiler room. Upon arriving, floors were sticky, no garbage bags in the garbage cans, no paper towels in the restroom, first restroom was filty, had over flowed. Last not least for $550 (2 hours) I shouldn’t have to pay for any of the games (pool, skeeball), or call to see if anyone was working today…Thankfully I had not paid yet for the reservation, nor do I intend to when I had to contact the manager and she never bothered reaching out to see how things worked out or to apologize… I did tip the bartender well and we fed him… I don’t mind paying for services, EVER!! However, what you’re selling is NOT what I received today! Atmosphere is awesome, management dropped the ball and I’d say the owner isn’t to involved or else they would know of the shape the facilities are in!

Horribly rude staff. I went in to pick up a DoorDash order and the bartender was too busy talking to her friends. The other guy behind the bar stared at me from the back the whole time. When she finally acknowledged me, she was very passively rude, telling me the food should be picked up upstairs at the restaurant Next door. I shouldn’t have to go in there and pull their heads out of their private spaces just to get an order.

We used to go often, around 5 pm with our kids. They loved the chicken fingers and the arcade games. It was great. Now, the new owner has let it go. The games are all broken, missing parts. The chicken fingers are frozen, really gross. The new owner clearly doesn’t care about the quality. We will be finding a new place to have family fun. The waiter/bartender is super nice and great however. The staff in general is great.

First time going there! The greeters was nice and walked down the steps and looked around at the bowling lanes and other areas. I went to the bar where 3 waiters was standing and asked for a beer and she said to go to the bar !! I said thank you and left the establishment! Definitely not what we need to show our out of town guests!! Why are we not nice to our patrons? I will not recommend this business to anyone!!

We took our family here tonight. I was perfect. We went between 6-8 bowled, ate and played games. It was great! Friendly workers and my kids had a blast.(kids all under 7 years old) We will definitely do this when we are in town again! Cannot recommend enough!
