I don’t know who the young girl was, but she was the best employee i have came across! In spring valley store, on jackson ave. I was there around 1:30-1:40, she was young with dark hair and glasses. She needs a raise!!! Do whatever to keep that sweet girl!!

Good food. Good service. I used a coupon to buy one footlong sub and get one for free. Two footlong subs totaled less than $8. The cashier had to double take at the total because it didn’t feel right. Don’t throw away those fliers.

I have made multiple purchases at this restaurant and today will be the last. My friend ordered ahead of me and when preparing his sub the worker took his bacon from the oven and blew on it! She went on as if nothing untoward had happened so it would appear these kind of practices are a usual occurrence. He canceled his order and we left. I would have canceled mine but I had ordered online and already paid. I know restaurants etc are understaffed but there were 5 people working and we waited 30 minutes to order. The drive thru was taken care of before the customers who walked in. This is unacceptable and the bacon incident was disgusting. On my previous visit there was a hair in one of the subs. Their second chance was their last. They need to wear hair nets.

They are thieves who will refuse to refund your money when they fail to have a timed order ready in time to be picked up and believe that apparently you should be fine recieving the food an hour later. None of the employees outside of a manager are apparently capable of refunding your money so you’re subject to when the manager is in to get your money back. They also refuse to provide corporate complaint numbers which are public and are also unwilling to provide their business license which is required by law.

I was really dissatisfied with this one two days straight i had stop there to get my son a pizza sub.. Lets just say after sitting there for 10 minutes on the 31st of May.. No one answer the Speaker.. I pulled up to the window still waiting another 5 minutes. No one came to the window.. The same 2 times I have went to the subway on Jackson Pike the girl that was working on October 1 st 2022 with shave head with black hair layed over to the side gas been rude bother times and not friendly when speaking to her and the bread was burnt and cooked to long hard to eat and we only have a certain amount of time to get food and eat
