They were only selling cold subs, the bread was so hard that it scraped my mouth all up.
The last time I went they told me they had no steak to make a sandwich even though they normally have some in the frig in the back. The area that stores the items to make a sandwich was so dirty I’m not sure if it has ever been cleaned the proper way.

One of the worst subways I have ever been to. The bread was hard and chewy and I had to throw it away…the only person that was working had only been working there for 2 days and had no idea what she was doing. I honestly felt bad for her. The management at that location needs to be changed or retrained. Very awful. I will never eat there again. 2 thumbs down.

Very worst subway. Very hateful staff. We got a subway club today. I think the guy way afraid to to put vegetable on the sub I ask for extra vegetables there way no extra put on sub . We will probably never go there a again. Sub was not got at all. While fixing our sub he goes to Cash register with glove on start. Touch the button on the cash register. then start put vegetable on our sub. He glove should have been changed.

Before today I would have given them a 5! No questions asked. But, they fired the BEST employee they had! He may have been “hooking everyone up,” but at least everything always tasted right & looked good!
I always order the same thing. Chipotle Wrap. No jalapenos, add banana peppers. Today, when my bf brought home our food, his sub didn’t have the extra meat & cheese he PAID for! Then I open my wrap! First off, it’s a square. The ends arent even properly tucked in, so picking it up stuff falls out the bottom. You wouldn’t even know there was meat in this wrap! Tasting the little meat there was separately, it was disgusting! Even the sauce was nasty today! Idk what they did, but in my house alone they lost 4 regular customers. 3 of which are adults. All because of how bad the food was!
The BEST employee you had actually did his job! His prep work was always looking the best. The store was always clean. He made sure the product was excellent & that wraps & sandwiches were done CORRECTLY! Never a mess! Plus the most important, he was ALWAYS polite & friendly. Half the people in there dont smile at you & cant even do the job! Everyone else has to look at the sandwich set up cards & takes forever to make it. It’s not a welcoming atmosphere.
A little product in exchange for great customer service & loyal, repeat customers is actually worth it! With out that, you’re going to lose more. People will drive to other locations for better quality & friendlier staff!
