Our Mother’s Day Visit at the Broiler 65 in Bedford Ohio it was an experience.The outside of the business was very warming .the inside of the establishment was Okay .About three or four TVs in The eating area And one pictures one the wall by the bath room..We arrived at 7:05 We were not greeted until 7:18 to 7:19 by staff . .We were asked if we were dining in or taken out we said dining in .We did’nt see staff come back until 7:30 and they said a table is being prepared for us there were only six other couples in the entire restaurant . I DONT KNOW WHY WE HAD TO WAIT ON A TABLE.So after a good amount of time had gone by the staff arrived back to us at the door at 8:05 to be seated .I asked the staff if I could do a Blog and do a review on the establishment they said okay so I started my review .After being seated the waitress came back at 8:14 and asked what we were drinking we said water and can we order .So at the table no silverware no napkins no drinks or anything for along .So at 8:37 Our waitress returns .She asked I thought someone took your order we forget that you guys were up here and I said to myself really I would like to go ahead and for a second time just place my order now she said she must get everything now we close at 9:00.So the food came out at 8:45 that was pretty quick See you soon thankSee you soon thank you Chef did a very good job on the food it was very tasty we asked for two sauces I don’t know but I think they put both sauces in one bag I hate to say if someone ordered two Sauces and the other person was allergic .So We had to ask for napkins we had to ask for silverware we had to ask for plates to eat off of our food came out before our drinks . glasses of water So we exit The Establishment at around 9:14 all in all we think the location and the food are very good just need a staff overhaul .for a short time. 3 to 4 minutes there was not one staff person on the floor for 3 or 4 minutes .
I will always support small businesses this was just my experience at the broil 65 .Great food hope to returnSee

Enjoyed some great appetizers from yesternight. I ordered fried green tomatoes southern chicken rolls and lemonade . The green tomatoes were zesty and very palatable. I really got a kick out of the chicken rolls which were perfectly crunchy. The wait time was about 15mins, not too long. Definitely have to return to try other menu items. Good eats!

I ordered a vegan bag. Go home to fine no potatoes or corn in the bag. Return the bag and the cashier proceeds to look through the bag I say if you going to go through it you guys need to remake it. Then he took it to the back I waited 20 minutes he came back put it on the bar did not say anything to me. I got the bag to the car with oul leaking all over my seat. I will never return, unprofessional rude and the way they returned the bag messy. Not one person apologized for what happen. By the way it was $25 and not worth it at all.

Pretty nice setup used to be an old Applebee’s same atmosphere great seafood a bit of an urban hip hop vibe but it’s ok has a bar not a full one but still a good place for lunch but don’t go there if your starving lol.

Split Decision

Of the food that wasn’t cold the rest was good and full of flavor Our feast included the BANG BANG PLATTER, FRIED PERCH DINNER, w/add on FRIED LOBSTER TAIL, JALAPEÑO CORNBREAD ( they were out of cinnamon butter) and the CHARBROILED OYSTERS which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !…the drinks were on the sweeter side but very tasty…service could definitely have been better but considering the pandemic I suppose I will be kind and cut the ones who did show up to work some slack .

We were pleasantly surprised. The portions were good sized for the price, about the only bad part was instead oh hush puppies we were given fries with no explanation of the change. Cannot speak much for the service since we ordered to go. However, if was not for the manager/owner, whatever his position, we would not have even been offered/given a cup of water while we waited. Which brings me to the time it took. That was reasonable as well not more than 10-15 minutes.

What an amazing dinner. The food was hot and delicious – best I’ve had since Cranberry Island of the coast of Maine – and it’s in Bedford, Ohio! The service was fast and friendly. The staff put our order (four of us) in before a very large table – so we would not have to wait. It was within minutes of our meal being delivered that the large table was receiving THEIR food. Talk about a well-coordinated kitchen staff. Highly recommend. It’s a little pricey, but worth it for what you get. You won’t be disappointed!

My experience was terrible! There was only about 4 parties seated including us (3 top) and we waited a good 45 min for our food. The mussels were disgusting, beyond mushy. I sent them back and received a new order and they were the same exact way. I’ve never been to a seafood boil establishment that cuts corn into pieces of 3! The food was cold after waiting 45 min… it just doesn’t make sense. You can tell the staff is not experienced. Juicy crab Atlanta would never. This is why Cleveland restaurants so mediocre. The quality sucks.

I don’t think this place will last. It’s mainly customer service. My first time going I waited 2 HOURS for take out & it was not even busy for them to have taken my order incorrectly. I received a refund but my time was wasted. I thought I’d give them other chance. Took my dad here one afternoon, they open at 3 it was 3:45 doors were still locked had to CALL to have them open the door… very unprofessional. Their was literally no salt on the walk ways my father has a hard time keeping his balance, that’s a safety hazard. The customer service was horrible the waited was unable to give proper deception of the menu. I knew was I wanted but my father had never been & was confused. We also waited over 30 mins for our drinks after reminding her twice. I seen two large parties walk out because their server never came to the table. This is a great area for service but they have a lot they need to work on as far as customer service
