First timer, we came for an earlyish dinner, restaurant was quiet. Beautiful lake view for winter, I bet it’s fantastic in warmer months. Cheese curds were great & plenty. We both had steaks, wonderful as well. Our waiter was absolutely amazing!

We always go there when we are in Lake Geneva area. First of all its close to the beach and really convenient even without car.

Excellent place to watch the sunset over the lake.
We had burgers and pasta. Everyone agreed the food was good and the service was great. The MOAB (mother of all burgers) was both a handful and a mouthful. It was amazing. I switched the cheese to Gouda!! The jalapenos could have been cooked longer to bring out the flavor but they were fine. The wings were ok. The smoke flavor was subtle. Both regular and sweet potato fries were great.

The food is terrible here. This is worse than simple pub food. Hamburger was bland and no taste/flavor. The bread bun was stale. The kids chicken nuggets were clearly frozen and hard to chew. The nachos were just a mess. Just take a look at the photos. Also the prices are through the roof for what you got. Extremely annoying to pay this bill for such poor quality. The only decent thing were the cheese curds. And the server was nice. Only come here for drinks. Skip the food to avoid getting ripped off. Very frustrating all round.

Great place to sit outside and eat with a great view of the lake. Got some apps and drinks and it was a fun place to spend a little time before heading on a boat tour. Service was quick and the server was helpful in recommending what to get.

Was really busy when we arrived waited about 10 minutes for a table outside where the band was. Food was really good and fast service. The view of lake from patio was nice and live music was good. Would go back

The restaurant is directly across from the beach. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer and split a hamburger. We had to bring most of it home, as it was a big portion and came with sides. They let us substitite mashed potatoes for fries. Service was fast and friendly. The view was stunning. Would definitely recommend to others.

The Boathouse Bar & Grill is second to none for atmosphere, food, and service! We’ve been going there for 6+ years and especially love their pretzel, pizza, and pasta dishes- not to mention the great live music on the weekends. One of the best spots in LG and would highly recommend!

I rarely leave bad reviews.. but! The food was not worth the price.. to be honest, it is not worth half the price! My burger patty looked and tasted like a frozen burger from the dollar store. (No flavor) my jalapeños where “fried” definitely not fried!($20) My wife got the pulled pork Painini…. or you can call it fried bread with a smear of pork flavored bbq and onions ($22) someone got 2 beef tacos.. $8 each! Taco bells tacos are better. No sauce, no flavor.. they offer sour cream.. maybe to mask the dry beef? Last was the lake perch? Or any white pan fish with no flavor.
Over priced beers.. $6 for a bush. $8 for a spotted cow. Like come on. I know the view is amazing… but you can go into town and find $2 beers with good views! Don’t even look at the dinner menu. Looks great but for the price. It better be A5 wagu… $68 filet.

Not sure but something needs to change. For the price I expect alot better quality. The 1 thing was the fries.. the fries… they where good.
