Great sandwiches to have in the downtown area! There was a sandwich they had one time that was basically Hawaiian pizza (almost) with jalapeños. Now I’m not a jalapeno person, but I never would have thought pineapple on a sandwich and it was delicious!!

Maybe I have Covid. Maybe I don’t and it’s another bland restaurant. I went in after seeing their ad for a Chipotle Chicken grilled cheese. I absolutely love Chipotle peppers. My fav. The only thing hot was the restaurant. The sandwich and chips were bland. Maybe they stiffed me and used regular chicken. I don’t know, but that was definitely not worth it.

Great sandwich place! They even make thier own potatoe chips. We ordered nachos which were made with said chips. The cheese nachos ( which are the vegetarian option) only come with cheese so we had to pay extra for each additional topping, to make it more nacho-y. We also ordered a caprese sandwich which was great!! And finally,the mac and cheese, which was very creamy but not very flavourful. The staff were great and very accommodating with all our substitutions and questions. I’d recommend stopping in for lunch or a casual dinner

Really cool place; nice vibe. You order at the bar and they bring the food to your table. The Block has lots of craft beers and the food consists mostly of various grilled cheese sandwiches with an array of toppings and their delicious homemade potato chips!

Out of everything we tried to order today almost like there was an event in town today that they didn’t prepare for. This has been one of my favorite places to eat in town. Worst experience I’ve had since this place opened. Apparently they crush under pressure… Not sure I’ll ever come back. Chips were soggy and sandwich was made with cheap deli meat. 1/10 What happened to this place?

We stopped here on our way through. This is place is incredible. It’s like grilled sandwiches with great creations loaded inside. We lobster Mac and cheese sandwich and homemade potato chips. The Philly Cheese Steak, best my husband has, and such great service, very friendly staff.

Brought my family on a Wednesday around 6 pm for dinner. Two adults, a teen and a baby. Order was fine, staff was friendly. Restaurant was trendy and the music was good, if a bit loud (yes, even loud for a hipster joint). The real let down was the food. I had the tritip sandwich. It was just okay—ingredient dispersal needed some work. My daughter had the chicken parm sandwich and her chicken strips were so grease logged they were almost inedible. And my husband ahead the jalapeño popper sandwich, which was pathetic. The whole sandwich had one peice of bacon and each half had three measly slices of jalapeño. Again ingredient dispersal was an abysmal, as there was a few clumps of cream cheese. Tomato soup was the best thing served to us. The chips sucked. And the Mac and cheese was gritty/chalky tasting. Not sure what went wrong there but it was a textural nightmare. Hoping this was just an off day, and others have better experiences.

The nachos were awesome. Huge portion sizes. Love the choices of beer on tap. The Flynn Hawaiian sandwich is delicious as well as the Fat Pig Sandwich.
