The mission of the Bistro Willamette is to facilitate an inclusive and educational community for students to challenge themselves professionally and socially and to provide an accessible platform for student creativity and expression. We have high standards for our food and beverages. Almost everything you see in The Bistro’s case is made completely from scratch right here in our kitchen, often using the family recipes of current or former employees. Our kitchen is running 18 hours a day cranking out warm cookies, our famous bars and fresh lunch and dinner items.

Great college campus coffee shop. Their vegan chai cookies are my personal favorite, but the Buzz Bars are a campus-wide phenomenon. Drinks and snacks are reasonably priced, and they finally started accepting credit cards, making it 1,000 times easier for non-students like me to pay.

A good little place to study late at night on the Willamette university campus. It’s usually fairly busy, but I’ve never had a problem finding a seat. The food and drinks are good. The inky caution I have is that depending on the counter person working that night, the music may be loud and/or not appropriate for a public business.
