Im leaving a 3 star review only for the fact that Corral (spelling?!) was of great service! His female coworker, Reagan, not so much! She didn’t leave her window from flirting with 3 male “freeloaders”.. upon our arrival she was talking to this group of young men and was overheard talking about how “they like to get free stuff”… 10 minutes later we kindly asked if the tips were shared, and if she was working (since she didnt acknowledge us at all).. she snarkily popped up in her co-workers window with rude comments about how the guys in her window were paying customers and I was so rude for recording her (even though I wasnt lol)… she even threatened to call the cops on us in front of a line of customers because she was put on blast and forced to work!! We all enjoyed our ice cream and the young man that served us was exceptional, I dont think tips should be shared, especially when there are disrespectful, rude, thiefs working alongside honest employees. I sure hope the manager will take the time to review footage from our visit (1/3/26 approx. 1015pm) and appropriately handle the situation that occurred.

This review is directed to the young man that worked at this location the evening of Saturday, November 15th 2025. Whenever someone pays you cash in exchange for a product, ALWAYS assume that they want their change. The appropriate response is not ” Do you want your change or not?” Certainly, the amount of change I was due is insignificant; I don’t know, maybe if enough people didn’t want their change over the course of the night, you could have a sizeable tip. Sir, you are paid a wage for performing a job that YOU chose. While we’re on the acronym of the word “T.I.P.S.,” it stands for “To Insure Proper Service,” which I did not receive. Most people are clear about going to a restaurant, being seated, having their drink refilled without asking, a box brought to them for leftovers or whatever. But, the general public may be on the fence with respect to leaving a tip for standing up outside of a little building while someone prepares your ice cream. Tips are voluntary. I’m sure that it brought you joy when you told me that you were out of beverage holders for my large order when the young lady was able to produce some for all of her customers. You either need re-training or take a moment to reflect whether not the service industry is for you.

I love Bruster’s ice cream, lots of flavors and a reasonable price for what you get. I got a regular sized waffle cone which comes with three schools and is $5.69.
I tried the new Cookie Butter and it was good, it has those Biscoff cookies in it. I also got a scoop of Chocolate Peanut Butter w/ Buckeyes (which are little Reese’s Peanut Butter cups) and that was really good, it probably one of my favorite flavors now.

Staff was friendly and informative. This was my first time here and the ice cream was good. I got cookies and cream. 2 scoops was more than enough in my opinion. We also got a free ice cream for my son. Apparently if your child is shorter than their counter they get a free scoop on a cone. That was great! His first ice cream. I thought the price was standard when getting specialty ice cream outside of a super market. We would go again.

I picked up a quart-size ice cream today to enjoy with my family at home, which is only 4 minutes away. But when we got home, it was completely melted. It was clearly already melted when it was packed. I will never do takeout from here again. The owner needs to manage the store properly.
