Went to have some drinks for Happy Hour and had a nice time Mr. Eugene was on point with everything and so friendly he speakes ti everyone that had walked through them doors my food and our drinks were on point . I only have 1 question we were talking and I asked him how long has he been working there because he is the only person that I remembered him everyone else is gone and he has stayed in there we are so proud of this young man he makes The Bistro live and somewhere ppl can come and have a nice time. Now my question to management is why isn’t he more than whatever he is? He should be somebody or in training to be management he is the reason a lot of us keeps coming back! Good food, good drinks, good conversation is what we need a lot of times coming from work and that is what he gives
