I will no longer spend my hard earned money here nor recommend this place. I have given this establishment 3 times to strike out and it’s a done deal. The Owner Sherm should really learn how to speak to ppl from his staff to down to customers. Co-owner Angelo is extremely welcoming and knows how to deal with customers. My final straw I was waiting in line and someone infront of me didn’t know what they wanted and I was next this women skips the line and the owner saw this and proceeded to take this women’s order.He had the audacity to say were busy it’s lunch time nonchalantly and aggressive. Completely turned off I walked out and will never spend a dime here again Realistically you close around 2:10-2:15ish and you open at 7 am. In the food service industry you know your audience and lunch time and so forth. Understanding that you can be overwhelmed but I’ve had 3 incidents. I will spend my money elsewhere. It’s a true shame.

I am lucky enough to work within the Prides Crossing center and can not rave enough about the Bistro! With only a 30 minute lunch break, I tend to order online and go pick up; it is always ready within the 20 minute time frame they promise when you place your online order. I have never had a bad meal here and am so grateful to have a reliable, affordable, and always delicious option available so close to the office. Portions are perfect, food is always so fresh, daily weekday specials that add a lot of variety to the menu, and I can’t say enough about the staff! The team here always greets you with a big smile and is so helpful and kind. 10/10 recommend!
