Wonderful spot in the heart of wine country! Fun atmosphere with open kitchen, roll up garage doors and outdoor seating with fire pits. We ordered the fried Brussel sprouts, the lamb burger, the derby burger and the spinach salad. Everything was delicious! The guys ordered their famous French onion soup too but they dove in before I could get a photo! Easy parking too! Stop by- you won’t be disappointed.

Awesome as always. Great Oysters tonight and the Ribeye was cooked to perfection. My wife loved the salmon special. The corn salad was amazing. Always a great time at the Bistro. A great Rose tonight as well.

I ordered the tomato soup. It had too much pepper for my taste. The wait staff never checked in with me to see how my order was and didn’t ask when I said I was done with only 2 bites out of my bowl. I enjoyed the glass of wine I ordered

We stopped in today for lunch, on our way to Sparkman winery. The food was soo delicious! Four of us had the fish and chips and one had the tuna melt. The fish was lightly breaded and fantastic! They only use fresh local fish and it was evident. The Tuna melt was outstanding! Just enough binder to hold the tuna together, and a generous amount. It was topped with melted cheese and the bread was grilled. Just really good! You cannot go wrong with this restaurant. Highly recommend!

Our new favorite place to eat in town. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and there’s just something about the vibe of this restaurant that feels like everyone who works there really loves their job. That is a rare thing these days. The food is amazing and some of the dishes and appetizers are truly one of a kind (I highly recommend the bacon wrapped dates). I also greatly appreciate the ample portions and you won’t leave this place feeling hungry! For the quality of the food, reasonable prices and incredible service this place is hard to beat!

Sam is outstanding!! Me and my family went to a wine event at Maryhill and decided to grab some food close by. The bistro was so yummy!! Super attentive and friendly as heck. And omg the food is so fricking amazing!! Thanks so much I can’t wait to come back omgoodness and don’t even start on how amazingly yummy the fresh oysters are mmm . 7-29-17 update: Posting a few more photos. Still an amazing place. We love coming here. Always great food and friendly service. The bread/butter plate ($3) has potential, but only if they changed the bread. It is not amazing. The “butter balls” and heavily-garlic-ed olive oil (amazing!) they serve with the bread are great, but the bread itself is a let down. Check out Tandem Wine Bar (other side of the valley, 4 minutes away) if you’re a fan of fresh/warm/chewy bread Anyway, The Bistro always has great specials, perfectly prepared sandwiches, great fish and chips, and juicy burgers. It’s at least a monthly stop for us.
