Service is usually great. During our stay We usually are served by a gentleman with blonde and pink hair and he’s extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Food is pretty decent. It’s never busy kids can kind of run around.

Tonight I was served by a tan woman with short hair and bangs . I ordered for pick up it was a chai latte and some milk for my kids.

I was given a chai tea bag. Which is almost $4 less than a chai latte.

I went downstairs just to ask if I could have the chai latte as ordered and “she told me they don’t serve that for dinner… “
when it’s on their dinner menu and I ordered online off their dinner menu.

The she proceeded to tell me “if you know how to make it I will make it but I don’t know how to make it” repeatedly and as if she was annoyed.

I’ve never worked at Starbucks and was kind of baffled that she would say that.

I looked it up and let her know how it’s made.

She opens the fridge to find the chai concentrate and made it then said “I hope it tastes good” then gave it to me.

I was nice the whole interaction and asked really nicely and wouldn’t have asked if there wasn’t a price difference. But yeah that was prob one of the worse interactions I’ve had at a restaurant.

She likely just wasn’t trained on how to make it so it might not be her fault but asking if I knew how to make it was strange and being told she wouldn’t make it unless I knew how was weird

Very friendly service. The guy at the register knew nearly every guest, including someone who hadn’t been here for months. Clear focus on customer experience. Really good menu with diverse choices considering its size. Not cheap, but it’s a hotel, so don’t be surprised. Egg white fritatta and acai bowl were on point!

For a hotel lobby dining, I enjoyed the limited offerings. The Chicken Pot Pie and chicken wings were surprisingly delicious! It was a bit pricey for what you get but overall it was a good meal.

What a lousy experience. I ordered oatmeal and an açaí bowl. 15 minutes later I was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make the açaí bowl. So I instead ask if I can have the avocado toast instead. 5 minutes later my oatmeal arrives. 20 minutes to make oatmeal… really. Then 10 minutes after that my avocado toast is still not ready and I have to leave for the airport. I ask the cashier about it and they bring the avocado toast out 5 minutes later. Later I sit down to eat the avocado toast and the avocado was rotten. The color was terrible on the avocado and it tasted equally awful. Also, it was $12 for the avocado toast. There was such little food in that box it was insulting. The whole experience was awful. What a disgrace that this is inside a Marriott hotel.

Considering COVID, the kitchen staff is reduced to one or two people, plus menu items have been narrowed down. HOWEVER, how nice it is to finally get a hot breakfast and dinner items plus an operational bar. All items are cooked to order, so please allow yourself plenty of time, to order and wait for your food item that comes out hot, worth the wait. They also have fresh fruit and yogurt, etc. The entire staff who have been here this week (22-26Mar2021) were exceptional!!! I will return to this hotel!

I haven’t had the food yet I’m standing here waiting because she is too confused as to what to do the girl doesn’t even understand questions this is not a restaurant this is a walk-up pay for what you want each time you want something. Don’t be deceived! Not happy false advertising on the website and their hotel and when you talk to them on the phone! Sure you could sit down somewhere after you’ve ordered at the counter. My thing is it’s just not what I was told. Ok now, So I had the burger, quite tough not very tasteful! Should have just gone to the Waffle House next door. Won’t come back here! These people that give a high rating and say it’s great food, where do you eat at do you only eat at counter serve restaurants those are the worst!

The staff was lovely and kind. Very professional which is why I’m giving this post three stars instead of one. The food was terrible. My sandwich was missing ingredients, which again, no blame on anyone nor the staff. The grill cheese was so overcooked that it tasted like a cheese-it and the cheese flaked off too like marzipan. The dessert and soup were good, but the sandwiches were rough. The staff had very little knowlege about the beer, but again, they were very friendly. Lovely hotel and staff though, but maybe rethink the menu or how the food is cooked?

Found a six inch hair in my salad. Staff was apologetic and comped the meal. As I still needed food, I asked if the cook had a hair net. I was told they were not provided hair nets in the kitchen. Therefore I ended up ordering something I could watch being prepared. I spoke with the food and beverage manager and although he said the apologies, he had very little sincerity in his voice. I truly got the feeling nothing much would be done in the way of preventing this from occuring again. If you order food here, make sure to check for unwanted/extra ingredients!!

They get two stars because of three things: price, service, & hours. I travel a lot for my job and I stay at Courtyards most of the time. I am very accustomed to my home away from home. All the Courtyards are the same in look and the bistro is no exception. During my stay I wanted to grab a late breakfast. I got down to the lobby at around 1015am. By the time I was greeted it was 1030 and I was told the Bistro is closed. I have never had that experience. Most Bistros are open 24 hours. This is also by the airport so I am not sure how it makes sense to have those set hours. The price here is always insane for what you get, but when the attitude of the “server” is poor combined with the price at the Bistro…. The hours really sealed the deal. I will not be staying at this location again and am starting to find that Hilton hotels serve their regular guests better. The price to stay at this hotel is $40 more than a courtyard 4 miles away with a bistro that is open 24 hrs. One last thing, they just added the bistro 2.0 to this place so the menu is new and now there is a bar as well. If this is how they launch something new then I see many more ratings like this one.
