Last time getting chicken from Popeyes. Order a 9 Pc family pack received 3 chicken wings as a whole piece. Also era mas pellejo( chicken skin) Que pollo. I’m not looking for free stuff but it’s really upsetting that after a long day of work one takes this to their family. The staff had a friendly service but the food itself has a lot of room to improve.

How is it that every time I’ve gone into this Popeyes they have forgotten something in my bag without fail, and how are you gonna mean mug a customer when walking in asking for there food? I walk in and an old guy with glasses and a shorter old man stare at me from behind the counter making a sorta of “get out” face when all I want it my order that I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for, and than how are the 3 woman in the back taking orders gonna be like” ong yall left his order here hahaha” oh but no there friends that pulled up in front of us got a full premium service , they got parked in the front by the door ( while they parked me in the middle of the road) and got there order within 5 minutes and even a celebratory send off because not only did the 2 older men walk out there but so did 3 young men, one wearing glasses, one with half a mustache, and one with a bowl cut , but somehow I was still waiting for 30 minutes

ive ordered here a few times from here and they’ve always miss an item, this time it was 2 whole pieces of chicken, last time it was a sandwich, i usually give places a chance, but 3 times in a row shows some Incompetency with the management of this place. used to be good, not anymore.

Went through the drive thru at 10 pm, machine said it was closed and called to check if dine in was closed. They said it was open and I got off but the door was locked and the employees were in the kitchen and didn’t open door even after I had tried opening the door a few minutes after I called.

Very tasteful food! Love the flavors, but today Saturday, June 24, in my walk-in the tables were simply dirty and it wasn’t much of a very clean environment. No maintenance were aware of it. It was totally visible towards the customers. I have proof. Hopefully next time they’ll take actions and keep the environment clean and fresh for the people.
