I was excited for the breakfast buffet unfortunately it was not available during my stay. I’m guessing it’s not offered during the weekdays in the winter. Not sure. Perhaps occupancy was too low. The regular menu offering is decent. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes and the eggs w/toast, chicken sausage, fruit. All very tasty. I had to try the pancakes because this too is on the menu at the Four Seasons. The coffee (Starbucks brand)was cold and I had to ask them to heat it up for me. The person that waited on me was nice but a little flustered. I sat next to the window and watched the snow storm make its way across the bay. Gorgeous views. Clean and inviting atmosphere.

Ok food. On the pricey side. Bacon tasted good but had a rubbery consistency. “Home fries” were those cheap deep fried pieces of potatoes. Not overly impressed. Have had much better and cheaper meals at many of the local breakfast diners.

Can’t beat the view, and the wait staff are nice and attentive. Menu is minimal, particularly the drink selection, but I guess that’s not why you go. If you are staying at the Marriott, it’s a perfectly reasonable place to go for a drink and a quick bite.

Had dinner at the bar. The bar itself is very nice, they have a good small selection of whiskeys, which I love. The bartender was great.
Everything on the menu seems very well thought-out. I had a half chicken, with herbed spaetzel, buttered green beens, and a lemon chicken jus. The dish was very well prepared, presented and flavored.
It was an entire half of a chicken. Juicy inside, flavorful outside. I couldn’t find any bones in it, which was slightly confusing, but a pleasant surprise.

Limited options, and everything was okay, but hardly worth the price. I ate here because it was convenient. If you’re leaving the hotel in the morning I’d go elsewhere, but if your looking for something to hold you over without leaving the building it is adequate.

Hours say 6am. Tried to get coffee at 6:40 and still said closed. There was coffee brewed but no cups so I asked staff if I could buy a cup and she just turned around and ignored me. $1100 for 3 nights but cant spare a cup…
