My daughter, and I woke up starving, and I didn’t feel like cooking, so we drove less than a mile to this adorable little restaurant. I love to eat local, and support small businesses, and this was a WIN for all of us!
Recently, I’ve recently been diagnosed w/ some major health issues, so eating out isn’t always best. Osito’s menu wqs full of healthier options, so there were many options available.
My vegetarian omelette was DELICIOUS, and my daughter’s cheesy omelette didn’t let her down. Can we talk about that FRUIT CUP!! Most places throw a few pieces of melon in a cup…… Osito’s included fresh strawberries, grapes, blueberries, and bananas!! Yummy !
Our server was such a sweet young lady! Our food was prepared fresh, and in a reasonable amount of time even though the dining room was full of families, and friends enjoying their morning in small town USA. Our morning was perfect! We’ll definitely be going back!!

So happy to find this diner/breakfast restaurant, run by a lovely family. The food is AMAZING (you have to try the corned beef skillet!! Sizzling hot with lots of shaved corn beef and yummy cheesy potatoes) and service was great. The waffle plate is perfect for a kid who loves a variety of food. They have a large menu of breakfast/brunch items, also has sandwiches and burgers. All very reasonably priced and place is clean and neat. I Highly recommend and will definitely come again to support the small businesses.

Saturday January 24th, I placed an order online for delivery it was for a breakfast skillet and a Jack bourbon burger and pork and egg roll and a chipotle chicken sandwich. I want to emphasize that the food was phenomenal i would hands down put the breakfast skillet as the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The eggs were cooked perfectly they respected my requests and they gave plenty. I thought it was going to be expensive then I’d be disappointed on the size of the meal and I was wrong I was blown away honestly such an amazing portion! My friend had the pork and egg roll and the chipotle chicken sandwich and he was in love with both of those items but even he was drooling at the breakfast skillet. This is a place you hope sticks around in your area for as long as possible until you grow old and hope to share this place with your own family and have great meals and memories!

Stopped by Main Street Cafe Grill for a meeting and I was really surprised at the quality of everything! The food was really great, I don’t usually get the “specials” but they both sounded amazing so we got one of each and split it. We got the buffalo chicken skillet and red velvet crepes. Not only was the food fantastic but the presentation was top notch! Add in a couple cups of coffee, quick and friendly service and the Main Street Cafe Grill is now our “go to” spot for meetings in the area!

I have taken my Dad out for breakfast here twice so far, it’s pretty close to where he lives and it popped up in my search. Both times our food & the service were fantastic and we have since decided this will be our spot whenever we go out for breakfast. Portion sizing was very good, we both leave full and pricing is affordable. There is also street parking right outside.

What a wonderful surprise to come across the small, tucked-away town of Parkesburg, PA! Thanks to some positive reviews on Google Maps, we decided to check out a quaint spot called Main Street Café Grill.
With a cozy dining room that was about 85% full, we were warmly greeted by our friendly waitress, Marisol, who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was perfect—full of locals who all seemed to know each other by name. The menu had everything you could want for breakfast or lunch.
The service was excellent, our meals were delicious, and the whole experience felt like stepping back in time to a charming Pennsylvania Dutch community.
I highly recommend this café. With just a three-person kitchen crew, one waitress, and a busser, they managed to take care of everyone’s needs, even handling some takeout orders on the side.
I’d definitely stop by again—it made for a great little pitstop between the Poconos and our hometown of Wildwood, New Jersey.

Saw lots of great reviews for this place, stopped for lunch rather than just passing through Parkesburg. Ordered the Tuscany panino (singular of panini) with fries. Wow! what a sandwich, so good! Not keto friendly but I regret nothing. Fries were excellent, so crispy and hot right from the fryer. Absolutely will come back here again.

Cute little place with amazing coffee. Service was quick and friendly. The french toast is light and fluffy. Did I mention the coffee? It’s so so good. And if they have the shoo fly cupcakes get at least 2, you’ll want way more than just one. Fabulous find!!
