Delicious food. Decent drink. I went in and ordered chicken Alfredo with a Long Island iced tea. Everything was yummy and the portion size was awesome! Flavor was on point. Service was slow but friendly. When I got my bill is where they lose the 5th star. The drink was 15$ the food was only 16$ and my server added 20% gratuity for another 7.20$. I was going to leave her a $20, but instead I let her have the smaller amount. If I had known the drinks were more than $10 I would have had water. That was a pretty petty way to rip me off. I’ll go elsewhere before I go to the casino next time. Just be aware if you do go.

The food is hit and miss. We had a great experience when they reopened and had changed their menu completely. Lately the food and service has been going downhill. The staff will disappear for long periods of time and/or stand around on their phones. The food has been undercooked several times–tonight it was lobster tails. $65 for a plate where the green beans were the only edible item is too much. The waitress finally returned to give us our bill, long after she had placed the food in front of us, and it was too late to correct the issue. We left hungry.

I did not get to try the food. Showed up around 8:20-8:30 to get take out but I was told they were closed but the it showed they closed @9:00pm.
Atmosphere was great since it is in the casino, food don’t know and service I thought all restaurants took orders until closing but it’s all good, can’t complain we had a great time at the 4 bears casino and wouldn’t change anything.
Just go early enough next time.

The best bison room had to offer was the bottle of busch light.
I should mention, I’ve been here a few other times and everything stated below was just the same. Ppl need to know.
Service: absolutely horrible, hostess was on her phone chatting away. The servers were all huddled up in the corner chatting. Got water and menus, it’s a 90 degree day and the 8oz glass of water went fast. Did not receive more water until I gave up and went to ask for more. The server eventually came back with our food.
Food: the lobster tails were under cooked. Couldn’t eat it. The server never came back to the table so that we could point it out. Our child’s “kids cheese burger” came undercooked. You don’t feed a toddler undercooked beef. And for some reason we received enough soggy French fries for the whole restaurant. The half seared chicken roast was very grey and was not seared, I’m guessing they missed a step and just pulled it from the roaster to the plate. I don’t know what herbs were on it but it just tasted like roasted chicken with salt and pepper. When it finally came time to pay, we had only been able to partially eat our food. I informed them of the bad food and service, and mentioned that I couldn’t tell them sooner because no one ever came back. One of the servers even argued back and said “Well you could have went and got any one of us.” I informed her that goes both ways, and I shouldn’t have to come find my server long after we got our food. She replied “Well I wasn’t your server.” For the casino to boast a fine dining experience and charge 30 to 60 or even more per plate is where my biggest issue is that it seems like it isn’t managed at all. The workers must be simply put to work and management leaves. I don’t know what else to say about why they all didn’t seem to care about anything. One of them even had to go look for the hostess at some point because people were stacking up.
You’ll be happier eating at the gas station across the street.
Service: absolutely awful
Food: not sure what’s worse food or service (food has potential to be good if there was an ounce of care in this place)
Price: you’re better off gambling your dinner money.

My Husband and I arrived at Bison Steakhouse before 8 p.m Saturday July 3rd, 2021.. We didnt have reservations, so we were asked to come back, because they had a table with 22 people, and 4 other people in separate tables, so there was still about 15 empty tables.. So pretty much they couldn’t multi task and serve others! So we sat at the bar, had a few drinks, ordered our meal and was seated at a table when the table of 20 people left and our meal was done . We shared the 40 oz steak.dinner, $65.00 plate, it was pretty good and reallly hard to finish the steak it was huge! We highly recommend!

Cold fatty dry steak, cold baked potato, cold squash. Service was not good, nowhere to be found after bringing your plate. Hardly any patrons there while we were there, we were told we just missed the rush….. Don’t recommend this restaurant

Took awhile to get to order.Didnt have the equipment to make a simple drink.The other drink,they didn’t even have(un-sweet tea).I ordered the special.Asked for well done steak.(it was still kicking).This was the first time dining there.It will be the last.
