Online ordering is simple. I ordered a smoked sausage egg & cheese biscuit. It was huge compared to chain restaurants. The taste was great, and it was very filling. The tater tots were ok, but the seasoning was kinda salty, so I didnt eat all of those.
I will definitely try the rest of the menu when I’m in the area.

We tried The Grid location of Biscuit Express today! Even in the rain, a steady stream of customers kept coming in. Love the concept and the biscuits. We ordered the bologna biscuit, a cheeseburger (they forgot the cheese), a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and a bacon egg and cheese wrap (again, forgot the cheese!) Enjoyed everything with a fresh coffee and a ‘dirty’ soda! We hung out in the food hall until the rain stopped.

I work near the Moores Mill location, so I typically hit them up before work. I was surprised and stoked when I saw the food truck at The Grid.
I’ve done a review at the Moores Mill location and updated it several times. So now to my review for this spot. First off the atmosphere and presentation is top notch. No need to say much check out the photos.
I came Saturday morning around 7:15am not knowing how busy it will be. Moores Mill usually be crunk so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It wasn’t busy at all but I have seen it with a line driving by.
The workers were perky and polite. I even chatted with one before my order. Mind you I was the only person in line. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits, 2 tots and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.
The family liked their chicken biscuits and I liked the infamous bacon egg and cheese. One of my favorites . The tots were a tad too salty which was confirmed by my wife and kid. Other than that it was a nice experience.
Check them out and support local businesses. My recommendations are bacon egg and cheese and the bologna egg and cheese.

I’ve been going to Biscuit Express for years and this new location 5 times so far. The first 2 times it was great, but the last 3 times the biscuit sandwich was consistently pretty dang cold and unpleasant. The cheese still rock hard and unmelted. Not sure if their microwave broke, but it’s an easy problem to fix. I’m not really sure what they’re thinking, but this will hurt them if they don’t resolve it.

Awesome food. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap. It was large and delicious. My wife got the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and said she really liked it.
My only drawback is that lack of seating, but it wouldn’t really be a problem since I always take it to go.

We recently visited Biscuit Express for the first time and were thoroughly impressed! We ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit; the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit; and the biscuits and gravy. Each item was generously portioned with freshly made biscuits and generous toppings. The staff was welcoming and courteous, and the online ordering process was straightforward. Our food was ready promptly upon arrival, just ten minutes after placing our order. Without a doubt, these are the best biscuits in the area and we will certainly be coming back!

The service was phenomenal – they were very sweet when they gave us our food! Ordering online was easy and the food was ready on time when we picked it up.
The food and drinks were 10/10. Everything was very flavorful and fresh. The prices for the amount of food were good as well.
