We were here for dinner. The mixed drinks are awesome. The steak was great, but the brussels sprouts that came with my steak was super salty(forgot to take a picture). I was impressed with the atmosphere of this nice restaurant in small town like Wayne.

This place is just what the City of Wayne needed. It’s 1st class all the way. From the time you park your car, until you leave you will feel pampered and classy.
I got the filet, and it was perfectly cooked. You can taste the quality, and the beef all comes from local farms. I like supporting local businesses. (I asked the server.)
I would, and have recommended this place to all my family and friends.

This is such a great addition to Wayne. The atmosphere was good, the food was stellar and the service was amazing. A couple of the waitresses took some time out and took my two-year-old out on the deck and blew bubbles with her while we were all waiting for our food. My family from out-of-state can’t wait to come back again. They were thoroughly impressed.

Birch Room Chophouse was EXCELLENT for our wedding at Beaumont!! The pricing was more than reasonable with the highest quality food and service. Steven was so great to work with. They even set up a tasting prior to our event, and everything we tasted was wonderful. It was easy to choose things our guests would love. I could go on and on about how positive our experience was with Birch Room Chophouse and Beaumont!

Food is good. Menu could offer more variety. Nice atmosphere. I love that they use environmentally friendly takeout boxes. Hours are unpredictable. Don’t count on the restaurant being open during their listed business hours. They rarely update their Facebook to let people know when they are randomly closed. It’s risky to come from out of town with a plan to eat here since they may or may not be open when you arrive. If you call first, they might not answer. Good luck calling in a to-go order. They expect you to leave a msg or text them and wait for a reply. My husband tried first, called then text, then let it be, and he never did get a reply. I tried 30 minutes after him and got through after a 3rd call attempt. When we picked up our food, it was hot and flavorful. I have no complaints there. I hope they’re able to come up with a better system for updating their business hours and taking to-go orders. Those are really the only bad things about the place.

Food was ok. For the price you would think you are getting an Amazing tasting fresh made meal. But it was all just ok. $80 for two people, I’d rather go to applebees and spend $30 and have as good or better food. However, their house chips were great, and very clean neat and nice place. Very friendly and prompt staff that never left you hanging, but wasn’t overbearing

Ordered onion rings, burger, pesto penne and those were all very good. However my husband tried walleye poboy and it was disappointing at best. Menu states poboy comes on hoagie bun, it did not, it was a brat bun. The walleye was soggy, not crispy, and the portion was less than a filet o fish from McD’s. He took two bites of the sandwich, really it was a slider, and let waitress know he wasn’t happy with his food. She said, “Awe,” and walked away. When she finally came back I told her he doesn’t like the sandwich but she only responded with, “That’s too bad,” and walked away.. Unfortunately this waitress wasn’t terribly concerned, lacked pep, and didn’t smile throughout our visit. We still tipped her 18% but my husband wrote her a note and that was the real tip, more valuable than the money. My husband is a former chef, he has cooked for huge weddings, fine dining, private parties, etc…on the check, he wrote to the waitress that when a patron is not happy with their food, then report that to your manager and smile more. Like I said, everything else was good. We believe in giving second chances, but not in restaurants.
