Howdy from Texas! Nate was literally so sweet, calm, and served with a caring smile and just made my day. In town for work and I literally googled breakfast near me. I saw pumpkin spice pancakes and mozzied on over! 10/10 my brunch was sooooo good. Literally sooo good. The smell of the pancake when it came out was everything!!! Thank you Nate && team. Even in the chaos teamwork was shown and demonstrated a true love for the customers.

Nate was our server ands he was SOOOO nice. The food was fantastic. I had the ranch hand bowl. Biscuit and gravy OBVIOUSLY was on point. My niece had the lean scramble and it looked really good.

As a single diner, I opted to sit at the bar. The servers were great, promptly went over the menu and shared suggestions. I opted to have Jim’s Platter and was able to substitute hahsbrowns, that were actually prepared crispy as requested. The servers were friendly, kept my drink filled and quickly brought the check when asked. The food was made quickly and was just as expected, hot, fresh and very good.

My fiancé and I were in town for the Kansas City Chiefs game one of the things we like to do is find local (non-chain) restaurants. We stumbled across The Big Biscuit, the food is good however, Nate our waiter was amazing! He was very sweet and kind, he made sure we had everything we needed my coffee was never empty or cold he gave some great suggestions. If you happen to go to the Big Biscuit ask for Nate you won’t be disappointed, he is AMAZING! Thanks Nate, next time we are in town we will be by and definitely asking for you! Go Chiefs!
