This is a local gem. We ate here on probably their busiest weekend of the year, but they were still kind and excellent. Loved the food. Utica Riggies were a highlight, but everyone enjoyed their meals. Homey atmosphere and friendly service. They have a full bar attached, so plenty of options. We really enjoyed this meal and would return. Friends local to the area highly recommended it as well.

Stopped for dinner and chose to sit on the deck which was screened in. We waited just a few minutes to be seated but then were immediately brought waters and a basket of 3 pieces of bread. I ordered the meatball lasagna which came with soup or salad and I chose the side salad with vinaigrette which was very good. My husband ordered the steak tips with a side of broccoli cheddar soup. Both had good flavor although steak was a little tough. Overall it was a good meal, a bit pricey for what it was. The entire bill was $60 and we did not get drinks or anything additional outside of the meals.

Nice rustic space with Italian options! Plenty of drink options including beer, wine, and cocktails. Food was good with multiple vegetarian options! There is a dining space and a bar space each with its own door. Large parking lot in the back.

Had a great dinner here! Delicious Italian food and good wine. I had the eggplant parmesan and my husband had a steak which he really liked. We sat out on the screened in porch area and really enjoyed it on a cool summer night.

My husband and I were shown to a more quiet corner of the dining room, and that was welcome. The food order took quite a long time (about 40 minutes) given that we ordered simple pasta dishes, and as we waited and waited, an extremely obnoxious and boisterous family of four was seated next to us, having just come from the bar area with their drinks.
Their volume was suited to an outdoor concert venue, not a restaurant. Vulgar, arrogant and absolutely revolting family.
Our server never came back to check on us, and my husband had to find her and advise we wanted our order to go. Another 15 minutes for that. When she finally came back to our table, we knew we had better settle up or we would be hunting for her again and we just wanted to leave and enjoy our meals elsewhere. At that point, it would be in our hotel room. Not the nice evening meal we had hoped for, especially as tourists to the region.
The server asked why we wanted our meals to go, and we advised that the atmosphere was not what we were expecting. She asked why. We told her, and she nodded, as if she had received other complaints about the rude family, and apologized, but said we should have asked her to seat us elsewhere. We had been seated in a quiet area before the disgusting family arrived – why should we be the ones to move and not the rude family? Why do restaurants tolerate such rude and disruptive patrons? And why were they allowed to consume so much alcohol? The manager on duty should have approached them discreetly and asked them to quiet down.
Nothing was done. Even at the point of their loud vulgar language.
We feel that we should have been offered a discount or dessert, or something, to compensate for our disappointment and inconvenience.
For all of that, when we did eat our meals, they were equally disappointing and lacked the flavor in the sauce and in the cheeses used. And there is no way to improve upon round foil cardboard takeout containers to add to the ambience.
Belvedere receives an F for a Failed dining experience.

Today me and my husband tried our first tasting Tuesdays!

Everything was so delicious! It is such a awesome thing doing this for the community. We def wanna be regulars on tasting Tuesdays and come back as well on other days as the menu offerings look so good! Super nice staff. Head chef brought out the meal directly too so it was good to say hi and give feedback.

Every time I visit the area, The Belvedere is on my list of places I must visit. In fact, its at the top of my list of restaurants. I love the spaghetti and meatballs. Simply the best, not just for the area, but the best Italian food I’ve ever had!

Great menu to choose from. Definitely has the local vibe in the bar. The server did great with a large party (15+). I had the Hot Italian Sausage meal over angel hair and mixed peppers in. The sausage is made locally with their home recipe. All the other meals at the table looked great. I sampled the Chicken Parm and the Clams and White Wine Sauce which were also very good. I’ll definitely check them out again!
