Incredibly long wait time for simple appetizers. The majority of people who were sat after us were served there, longer to cook, before us. The “clean” tables were very dirty, dusty, and covered in clear and colored stains. The food quality is very lacking too. For example the Medium burger I ordered was cooked Well-done, and the shrimps I ordered were not deveined and still had the tails on. And to top it off, there was a hair in the chili sauce that came with it

It’s very important to select the right person with the right attitude to work the front of the house. The guy at the Host Stand set a negative tone for our dinning experience. He provided services to us that came across very unprofessional and if I decide to dine at your establishment again and see him near the Hostess Station I will not patronize the Business.

Not what it once was. The beer list was very small. The service that our party received was subpar. They seemed to possibly be short staffed. I suspect that because after ordering our drinks, it was almost 20 min tell we received them. Upside to our visit was we didn’t have to wait long for our cold pretzel and slightly burnt pizza.

Visited the Beer House on Saturday to watch Cardinal game. Bar was open ! Haven’t been there over a year since Covid ! Atmosphere good! Appetizer Pretzels and cheese awesome ! Prices have gone up significantly , argh . Bartender service needs improvement . Annoys me when I asked 5 minutes prior for another drink, checks on the couple next to us and they get theirs before me, and I was watching , leaves me high and dry . I’m invisible . Happened to us two times on this visit . Bar was not even full. We left after that and did plan on eating .

I wish I took pictures of my food, but I was too hungry to wait. My meal was great. I got the toasted ravioli and the beer beerhouse burger, omg, I wanted to eat it all. I nearly changed my order 3-4 times watching all the amazing meals being taken to other customers. Our serve was absolutely wonderful!!! She got a list of IPA’s for me, checked on us often and was just the sweetest thing!! The restaurant is far enough away from the casino so you don’t hear all the c commotion from it or smell the smoke. I would eat here again if I come back to MO.
