The Bean Shack is Bridgeton, Indiana’s original ham and bean vendor. Since 1977, The Bean Shack has been using cast-iron cauldrons over a wood-burning fire pit to slowly smoke our beloved ham and beans. Paired with our homemade sweet cornbread, this Indiana Fall favorite has been comforting palates for close to five decades. The Bean Shack is also known for our homemade biscuits and gravy, a family secret recipe as old as our building. We look forward to serving you during the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival.
