The food is always super oily. The Chicken Nuggets ooze oil, the hash Browns soaked through the napkins and the bag, I’m not sure they’re even cooked all the way. We’ve been served undercooked beef patties so often we asked for our burgers well done and that was worse. This morning we waited 20 minutes and our food wasn’t even hot when we got home 5 mins later. It was a complete disappointmen and it’s happened several times.

The lady taking my order was rude and didn’t care, my food was practically throw out of the window for no reason it wasn’t super busy there was 1 car ahead of me and 1 car behind me I got home and my food was so horribly put together if I wasn’t hungry I probably would throw it away I don’t recommend coming here at all!!

they made me park for my order no problem at all but what furiously made me upset is they forgot the 3 hashbrowns that came with my order! I pulled up at the second window explained to them im missing 3 hashbrowns showed them the reciept and handed them my bag. They said i only ordered 2 hashbrowns but the reciept and i said otherwise. Its on the receipt its clear so i dont get how they tried to argue back saying i only ordered 2 and proceeded saying we’ll give you the other hash brown this time. Which made me more upset and they slammed the window! didnt even bother saying sorry whatsoever for forgetting the hashbrowns at all. The female manager and 3 other employees were giving us the look and continued talking.
