I had an excellent dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our waitress, Maria Jose. She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations. Her service was professional and friendly. The food looked so amazing that I didn’t even get a chance to take pictures before digging in! Outstanding service all around. I’ll definitely be back.

Send an email directly to the owner and she did not respond. Therefore I am posting a review. Food was low quality. Tomatoes were rotten and you’ll only get a half an order of toast with a full breakfast. Nice patio. But the server never came back. Too many great places to go for breakfast. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Every visit to friends in Ave Maria from Venice Florida I make a stop in at The Bean. One of the best breakfast spots around SWFL. I’ve had it two times with the amazing service of Maria. Hands down the best bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with hash Browns. Very fast service with a smile , the staff and place are amazing. If you’re not familiar with The Pub at Ave Maria, please stop in. They own the pub, great family restaurant and also The Bean, which is a breakfast brunch location. Love its family owned, great service, great staff, great food, and great prices.

Best breakfast spot in town! The omelet was delicious, cappuccino perfect, and salmon lox bagel was good (I recommend toasting the bagel and adding dill). All for $30. We will be back!

Great stop for some drinks an/ or food. My husband and I just had drinks and both were very good. We had an iced tea and a smoothie. They also have a cafe menu, ice cream, additional drinks, and indoor/outdoor seating.

My wife enjoyed a late Sunday breakfast/brunch at this crowded oasis. The omelets were delicious and we had excellent service p. Ave Maria is an interesting village and The Bean provides a great coffee (and more) experience

This was our stop when we did motorcycle rides. The staff was always friendly and the food delicious. Only been here for breakfast so not sure about lunch but enjoyed it every time.

Good ambience, but food quality is poor. I ordered a breakfast plate and an avacado sandwich, both order was seemed like left over goods. Hashbrowns were cold and soggy
