Don’t let the leaning sign and curb appeal deter you! Our little one tank trip and a Google search brought us here! The service and smiles were instant when we walked in! Coffee was fresh. Food was great. Prices were affordable! Cards are taken. Appeared clean inside for sure!

Update: Response to owners response. Not ONCE did I come into the establishment on today’s visit and asked for a free meal nor have I ever went to any establishment asking for one…just asked for my items to be made to go. Also, who the heck do you have responding to your reviews? A third grader? Poor grammar just like your service and quality of food. Haha
Third time coming here… three times too many!!!
First time… less than par food quality on top of a 25 minute wait after being seated just to get water.
Second time… immediate service but found hairs in our hashbrowns…
Third time… quickly greeted with zero care of the visit, poured coffee and wouldn’t ya know it, a long eye lash floats to the the top of the mug. Told the waitress (who apparently is the manager), told her about it and asked for my food to go. Zero apology and she quickly scattered into the kitchen.
When she came out she asked if I wanted condiments I replied by telling her I just wanted to take my food to go and I was fine. Mind you, I stayed calm, kind and quiet about the issue.
When she brought the to-go container I showed her the hair in the coffee mug in which she quickly walked away and said “it happens”.
She then, minutes later met me at the cash register where she had a very visible attitude and I couldn’t help myself by saying “a sorry would have been nice”. She began to argue with me. I asked for the manager, she informed me that she was the manager. I asked for her name she replied with “it doesn’t matter .” I then asked to speak to the owner im which she informed me they were not there….I again asked for her name and was met with “it doesn’t matter. “
Well done!!! Not.
Below is the to-go breakfast I received. Undercooked Sunnyside up eggs, hash browns instead of the home fries I asked for, soggy rye bread and three undercooked sausage links.

We go here every Saturday for breakfast. We have never had to wait for a table. The food is delicious and all the servers are very friendly. We have been going there for about a year and they know us. I would recommend Beachcliff Diner.

Do not let the crooked sign deter you. It’s a charming sign for a quaint little diner with good food & great service. If you’re in Lorain this is a great option for breakfast or lunch. The staff is friendly & the service is fast. The food is delicious & fairly priced. It’s a stone’s throw from our beautiful Lake Erie, so the location is superb. Check out this hidden gem in Lorain.

Went here for brunch with my wife and grandkids today. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is nice and homey. The food was excellent and the prices reasonable. Amanda was our server and she was great. I go to Lakeview Beach a lot in the summer and never realized the diner was right down the road. Great place for breakfast then a day at the beach. We’ll be adding the Beachcliff Diner to our rotation.

This place is a hidden gem, if you haven’t been this is your sign to go! This was mine and my family first time going. Definitely has a warm welcoming style feeling , with nice employees and variety of different foods. Food was great and nice portions.
