I have eaten at Bailey’s a few times when visiting family in the area. My usual experience is that the service is slow, the food is good, and the staff is friendly.
My most recent visit (1/19/13) was horrible. The restaurant was busy when we arrived, but almost all tables had their food. We had to wait for a table to be cleaned off and were given our drinks promptly. I found menus for the group, since no one brought us any. After our food orders were taken we waited, and waited, and waited. The place had pretty well cleared out and we still hadn’t received our food. Another large group came in after we placed our order; we got curious when their food arrived before ours. Upon asking about why our order was taking so long we were told by the waitress that “the burgers take longer to cook”. Of the six people in our group, 2 ordered burgers. We were not advised that the burgers take longer, or the orders would have changed. The group that ordered after us had several people that ordered burgers. That didn’t make sense. The server went and got someone from the kitchen to come talk to us (who we later found out was the owner) and she was downright rude. No one accepted responsibility and we were offered nothing for their mistakes. Either our waitress held on to our order and didn’t put it in the computer or give it to the kitchen, or the kitchen screwed up during preparation. Either way, it was an hour before we got our food and then were treated very rudely. I’d like to give them another chance, but it’s really hard after being treated so poorly.

Good food. Some of the items can be expensive but others are priced just right. Nice clean place with lots of room.
