Baton Rouge Cuisine food truck serves Cajun food to the Triangle Area and is owned by former Harlem Globetrotters Anthony “Airport” Greenup. After a nine year professional basketball career with the World Renowned Harlem Globetrotters, Anthony decided to pursue his other dream of owning a food business. We waited 30 minutes to get shrimp étouffée, gumbo, and oysters. The food was bland and the rice was undercooked and hard. I was really dissatisfied and very disappointed in the quality. I spent $45 on some food I had to bring home and cook and season, would have been better to buy the box mix.

I tried Baton Rouge Cuisine at a work luncheon. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I tried the crawfish etouffee and it was 95% rice and 5% crawfish if that. It looks nothing like their picture. I am not convinced the other options are better but good luck if you decide to give them a try since I do support food trucks and small business.
